We spent a week in Cagliari and dined at St. Remy twice - rare for us to go to a restaurant twice but we so enjoyed the delicious food and delightful welcome by Marino and Silvana (he's the host; she's the chef)
We sampled many of the delights of the menu over two meals - the starters were delicious and we especially enjoyed the prawn tartare.....the pastas were delicious and we enjoyed John Dory as a main.
Highly recommend St. Remy for delicious Sardinian cuisine and a lovely dining experience.
