We had a really nice time in Rina hotel this September!
The room was clean every day and fresh towels been provided.
The pool was very clean and they even had a hot jacuzzi which was great for relaxing.
The staff was very kind as well! Helpfull in everything we asked for.
The only reason I gaved 4 star because the food had poor quality (overcooked beans, tastless lasagne, really poor quality food) i don't think that this fits for a 4 star hotel, maybe good for a 1 star hotel.
All in all despite of the food it was super cool!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel with a tour group. We were supposed to be at a hotel close to the old town of Alghero, but at the last minute the hotel said they couldn't take us, so our tour company had to find somewhere else at short notice.
The room was spacious and comfortable enough, though a bit dated. There was a reasonable selection at breakfast and the staff were attentive.
There is a swimming pool (not of interest to us).
There is a supermarket across the road, which was handy.
But the location was not what we had in mind. The Rina is okay if you just want to go to the beach (a couple of blocks away), but that is not what we were here for. It is about a 20 minute walk from the old town, which is what we wanted to see.

Dear Guest,
it is appreciated you spent time writing a review regarding your stay at Rina Hotel, our property in Alghero.
Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services.
We’re sorry, even though you were satisfied with the services at Rina Hotel, you decided to publish a review about it negatively.
If you booked in a different hotel and they went overbooking, it is not us to blame. We do provided you with our best service, which is renowned in the area, and you, even though you appreciated us during the stay, published a review that evaluates the experience with your reservation and not with our hotel.
We are then overall very disappointed.
Hoping to see you again at Rina Hotel or in one another of our over 30 properties all over Italy.
Best regards.

the hotel is in the right place.
a short walk to the beautiful Maria pia beach.
if you go in the other direction, along the pier, you will reach the old town.
peace and cleanliness in the hotel itself.
what is very important, the staff is professional and dedicated.
my suitcase was mistakenly taken away by another group of tourists.
you know what happened? nice lady, the head of the reception desk, got in her car and went with her colleague to another city to get a suitcase.
they were back in record time.
in the meantime, I had a free dinner even though it wasn't their fault.
extraordinarily professional for every recommendation because of the usual things, and because of this situation especially.

Room tip: just relax in a room with the teracce

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the rina hotel. My new wife and I visited here for our honeymoon and couldn't of asked for a better place to celebrate. The staff where amazing and left a beautiful fruit bowl and food in our room for us arriving. The hotel was very clean staff friendly and food was delicious and a wide variety. There is a lovely walk into the old town which is just beautiful and a must see. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will return again.
