“Delicious Surprise”
Reviewed July 6, 2014

The person who runs the B&B where we stayed recommended this restaurant to us, most likely because it is owned and run by friends of his. We decided to try it and were very pleased. We chose the sampler menu for two which included several courses of gourmet items. Beautiful presentation and delicious. That was a more expensive choice on the menu, but we felt it was well worth it. The decor was very nice and the people working there, the owners (a fairly young couple) were very friendly. Good service. We had thought we wanted a water view, which this restaurant doesn't have, but we were very glad. It was one of our most memorable meals on a 26 day trip. I wrote down the name so I could remember to review it.

“Absolutely wonderful!”
Reviewed July 2, 2014

I urge you to go and eat at this gorgeous little restaurant. I live in the city, and take every guest here for at least one dinner. The clientele is a nice mixture of italians and tourists, the couple who run the place are wonderfully friendly and accommodating, and the food is out of this world - artistic presentation and divine flavour. Make room for it in your itinerary!

“What a great find! Loved this place, will for sure be going back!!!!”
Reviewed June 16, 2014

For any of you traveling to Bari, I have a restaurant recommendation.
It is called Biancofiore Ristorante. The food was FABOULOUS! They go all natural/organic with their ingredients and have organic wines. The couple, Diego and Daniela, that own it are wonderful, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable about their trade. The food was scrumptious! The decor is welcoming and warm. We will definitely go back.

“Great food,superb wine, lovely ambience”
Reviewed May 24, 2014

After an exhausting day trip to fabulous Matera we were in desperate need of sustenance and relaxation when we arrived (without having booked) at this restaurant on the edge of the old town. As soon as we entered, we started to feel much better. Relaxed and comfortable, welcoming and easy atmosphere. We tried the degustation menu, prior to which we were given a couple of delicious appetisers. The seafood tasting menu was brilliant with fresh, tasty ingredients which had been carefully and lovingly prepared. Had a bottle of Fiano, which was without doubt the best Fiano I have ever had, even though it only cost €15 (just about every wine in Puglia seems to cost €15). One thing you need to be aware of – don't be in a hurry. There are long gaps between courses, so it's easy to become impatient if you are clock watching. But well worth the waiting.

“Four chinese girls & a wonderful meal”
Reviewed May 14, 2014 via mobile

We arrive in bari at 18/04/2014 it's a rainy day,we're sad and cold, hope to find a good place for rest,
We find the Biancofiore on DaoDao.com
And then we had a very impressive lunch,
first we all loved the style of the restaurant ,and the ornaments is very cute&special
The seafood are very fresh ,they paid a lots of minds on the dishes,
we all loved the pasta with red shirmp&pistachio cream,
The first time i eat one dish which can put these food together and create a tasting so satisfaction!
And the 'antipasto caldo con le seppie e verdure' is very conform to Chinese people!
The next time when the other chinese guests come,u can advise them this dish !it's a little like the chinese cooking way.

In a word,we have had a very great meal in Biancofiore ,and Bari is very beautiful!!
Thanks for the delicious food,
Siete molte gentile e simpatici!
Ci vediamo la prossima volta a Bari^_^
