we stayed in this b& b for 3 nights from 20 October.it was easy to find.close to main bus routes from the railway station.however we chose to walk taking about 20 mins.the b& b is in a small side street just by the entrance to the splendid piazza bra.the location could not be improved given the cost of the academia.the room was as described, very very clean and well maintained.it is modern, stylish, quite spacious.excellent bathroom.the room had a balcony, flat screen tv and aircon for hotter times.good breakfast excellent coffee machine self served in an attractive room with outside seating area.very helpful cleaning/reception lady spoke English clearly took pride in her job.we highly recommend this delightful b&b.

The hotel is situated just a five minute walk from the Roman Arena which very useful as some performances do not finish until 1.30am. It is a very well appointed and welcoming hotel. In the delightful lounge/library there are jugs of free cold drinks and snacks and if you arrive before check-in time and have to wait for your room it is a lovely place to pass the time until your room is ready.

Our room was very well appointed and cool and the hotel served a lovely buffet supper for those with tickets to the opera which was delicious. Breakfasts were very good and plentiful.

If we go back to Verona we will without question stay in this hotel.

We stayed in this B&B for 3 nights in June. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this B&B. The location is very good, just around the corner from the Arena and Piazza Bra. Although the B&B is situated in a little street, it was still quite noisy in the morning as the street was cleaned and glass containers in front of the building were emptied. Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and modern. Breakfast was okay (self service).

A little expensive but recommended for the excellent location.

Great Location, Clean Room, Breakfast, Comfortable, Large LCD Screen and so close to the Verona Arena and right next to Pam Supermarket.

Walking around the area is so wonderful, everything is nearby and the side street behind the arena at night remind you just how wonderful Verona is.

But the true Gem of Verona is the River that runs through it and the area near Romeo & Juliet Balcony. The Piazza Nearby is not to be missed,

I was travelling alone - had booked three nights there and left after the first.

Some positives - it was spacious and clean. Continental breakfast available.

the negatives - no one to greet you even when you have confirmed your arrival time the day before. You must call from your own phone on arrival (if you have one).

Internet is dead slow - in fact most browsers wont even open.

No hot water.

Mostly - the street is opposite a supermarket (which should be a good thing) but it is also where loads of street drinkers hang out as this is where they get their booze. It also means there are people begging for money and quite intimidating in the street at all times. The one night I stayed the police were called three times.

When i checked out at 8am the following morning - the lady who manages the hotel insisted that i pay (cash only@ $140per night) for the 3 nights even though i had given her warning for the last two nights.... she didnt see that any of the things listed here were worthy of any flexibility.

i suggest you give this B&B a wide berth...

Very nice, clean apartment with small inner garden. Situated right in the center of Verona!!! Friendly personal. Cold self-service breakfast.

Everything was very good!!!
Small minuses:
- No warm dishes at breakfast.
- There is no any sign-board, so it was not easy to find the entrance (it's a normal flat and you have to give a call to hotel manager to receive keys).

This a great place for a romantic getaway or during a touristic visit of the city. Friendly service, however with reasonable rates, okay breakfast selections, no frills but quality service. Clean and quite rooms with Italian flair & design features, that do not have the often boring standard appearance of a business hotel ...
In walking distance of a number of very formidable restaurants - so forget the car - no need (and no space) to drive yourself in Verona.
Shopping experience is the other close-by possibility for fun (for some folks at least) at this hotel, if the historical places in this Roman city start to make you a bit dizzy.

Room Tip: Back of the hotel rooms are the quitest selection ...
