“Layer on layer”
Reviewed October 13, 2012

Visit the paleo Christian layers and the romanesque glory of Renaissance Italy in a single stop. The remains of San Zeno are also on display. History buffs will love it.

Reviewed October 9, 2012

the bronze doors, the cloister, the pre-Renaissance art, not the 'unethical' opulence you see in other churches, a place of introspection, the way I lie a church
