Just got back from 3 nights in Verona and this hotel did not disappoint. We upgraded to a grand deluxe room which was really nice and comfy. The staff were very friendly and always attentive although never intrusive. The cocktail bar was superb and you couldn't have asked for any better from the breakfast.

Well done keep it up!

This hotel is situated in one of the best/convenient location in the city of Verona. Only short walks to market area and arena and Julia's Balcony too. There's also history hidden in this hotel buried on their ground which gives this hotel a feel of piece of antiquity. They have a modern lobby and reception area with the touch of an artistic designs. Nice garden behind the hotel near restaurant. I don't see any problems with the rooms, saying its quite old but they are so spacious and with latest / modern functions / amenities inside. Finding these in other hotels in Verona will be a challenge for sure! My only issue is about the small lift which I think very common in Verona.

Room Tip: Choose room facing the street outside / city view not the courtyard view.

Overall we had a great stay...service was exceptional and the hotel was modern and in a great location. The only negative was the business remodel just below our room.... Constant banging at all hours.... Forget sleeping in

Booked this as had great reviews and the photos looked good. The location was great. The reception area and bar etc were all modern and quirky inside an old building. But the rooms were awful. Really tired. Poor design and characterless. I really would not recommend this place (supposed to be the best hotel in Verona) until they have completely refurbished the rooms and corridors. It was like travelling back to the 1970's.

We [2 couples] stayed for 6 nights, the rooms were outstanding a junior suite and a gran deluxe room [we were fortunate to be upgraded].Our room [the gran deluxe] had a lovely bathroom with a large shower.
We had contacted the hotel by e mail before our stay and the manager replied promptly and was most hospitable for the whole of our time at the hotel providing excellent customer service as did all of the staff.
The breakfasts were the best we have had in Italy[and we have stayed in many hotels]and allied with the location and fantastic ambience of the place would wholeheartedly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights recently and was impressed from start to finish. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Hotel decor quirky and very relaxing- I loved the water feature in the main atrium and unusal statues everywhere and the rooms were wonderful and very clean. We had a welcome message and delicious macarons waiting for us in the room on arrival and the breakfast which was included in the price was exceptional with the chef providing a mini dessert free of charge each morning, an extensive continental buffet and every type of cooked eggs available. The hotel was very quiet at night and in a perfect location, minutes from the main square at Piazza Bra and approximately 30 minutes walk from the station. Beds were very comfortable and bedding luxurious. We had a little difficulty finding it on foot initially but it is very near to the old archway entrance to the city. The drinks in the bar were lovely and came with olives, crisps, and sundried tomato snacks on the side which was a nice touch and the free internet was really useful. Can not wait to go back!

I chose the Plazzo Victoria for my first business trip to Verona based on the positive reviews from TripAdvisor and I was not disappointed. The hotel is a real gem in the heart of the old town. The Plazzo Victoria is “museum quality” with many beautiful and interesting areas to be explored or discovered within the facility. The décor throughout is a mix of modern with the old and provides a very comfortable and welcoming feeling for guests. The rooms, service and food are all excellent.
