We stayed 3 nights in one of their suits and we were very happy with our choice. The staff is incredibly kind and ready to help, you don’t need to catch the staff you’ll always find someone at reception, a waiter at breakfast or at the bar, a doorman at the entrance. The gym is nice and they have a beautiful patio on the top. Breakfast offers a wide selection compared to an italian hotel - usually it’s only sweet favors but not here.
It is close to basically everything.
Convenient by car as well.

The Hotel Accademia is a very nice 4stars hotel with an excellent location in the center of historic Verona. The staff is friendly snd the rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast was included in my rate and it was good. The problem I had was with the temperature in the room, it was HOT. I turned off the heater and turned on the A/C but it was not working. It was near midnight when we return to our room so changing rooms was not an option. I opened the window since the outside temp was cool but the noise was horrible since the street below our window was full with bars and restaurants open until very late because it was a Friday. We had a terrible night with very little sleep!

Dear Customer,
we regret that you spent a terrible night. March has been an up and down with the temperature. One day was very warm and the day after cold again. Furthermore, the municipality has specific regulations for switching on and off the heating and a/c system for environmental reasons and at this time of the year, we can only turn it off. We feel sorry for that. Anyhow we hope, we will welcome you again in the nearby future-

My husband booked me a suite for my birthday weekend in Verona. When we went to the room they had given us we were so disappointed. Apparently their "modern" rooms are not our idea of modern. It felt like we walked into a hospital room. We went to the front desk, and they gave us their Classical suite - which was much better. It is room 394. However, it was so hot. We opened the windows and called and asked for a fan, as apparently in March, you cannot turn the AC on. The windows opened helped, but the bathroom remained very hot! They do not offer any water in the room complementary. No chocolate, or extra touches for turndown service. Nothing special at all. They continued to leave items in the bathroom we did not use, and had to ask for more of the items we needed. The breakfast spread is fine - but any omelets or cooked to order food is an extra charge. It was a pleasant stay, but for the money, they should offer some more special touches. At least some bottled water in the room upon arrival, and by the bed in the evening.

Dear Customers,
thank you for your review. We are glad that in the end you found a room you liked.
As much as regards the heating, there is not that much that we can do. March has been an up and down with the temperature. One day was very warm and the day after cold again. Furthermore, the municipality has specific regulations for switching on and off the heating and a/c system for environmental reasons and at this time of the year, we can only turn it off. We feel sorry for that.
With the bed turndown we do not offer anything, thta's true. But, all day long, every day, we offer "free drinks". Soon after breakfast, we serve a free late breakfast till midday, and a free welcome drink (drinks and snacks) from 1 to 5 pm. And furthermore, in all of the rooms there are free tea and coffee facilities.
A bottle of water is complimentary for those guests booking on our website, a sort of "surplus" for those who preferred a direct booking.
Despite the happening, we hope to welcome you again in the nearby future-

The location was perfect; walking distance to most attractions (arena, shopping). We were there during carnival and had an amazing time - parades and people, but not terribly crowded. Our room with a balcony and a superb bath with wall-in shower was super value for very reasonable price. Food was great and enjoyed the complimentary/welcome drink in the afternoons - also found great local restaurants within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this hotel and its excellent staff!
