I can only add my positive review to those already posted. This hotel is ideally located in a fairly quiet location in Verona, a ten minute walk to the Arena, and also in walking distance of the railway and bus station, useful if you are planning visits to Venice or Lake Garda. Rooms are stylish and modern. Our room was spotlessly clean with a small balcony. Comfortable bed and pillows, large bathroom towels and a fantastic shower - loved the rainbow lights that changed colour as you showered. The air conditioning was very effective and amazingly silent. The tea and coffee supplied in the room were also welcome. Breakfast was in an area just off reception and consisted of a lovely selection of pastries, cereals, cheeses and ham. Our only criticism would be the lack of shelving in the wardrobe area, although there is adequate hanging space. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This hotel was opened in March of 2012. Everything is new and modern, it is centrally located, breakfast is included and has many choices, the staff was great.
While it was hot in the city, it had what often is not found in Europe, a strong and working air conditioner. We enjoyed the proximity to the main Piazza and felt completely safe.

Got off to a great start as the porter (Sorin I think was his name) was very friendly and after taking the bags in, drove with me to park my car in the garage around the corner. The hotel was nicely updated and modern. We even had a private little patio area attached to our room. Breakfast was good and the woman overseeing it was on top of everything.

The downside was the remainder of the staff. They were unfriendly at best particularly the young girl who curtly told me she understands English when I spoke to her in my admittedly poor Italian. Observing the other guests in the lobby, most of the staff and the woman I assume was the owner or manager seemed apathetic to them.

I always valued the quality of the rooms and amenities more than the service until this experience where the service was lacking. I don't need anyone tripping over themselves trying to see to my every need but being pleasant and trying to be helpful goes a long way.

We found it by accident. We needed a hotel for the night during a motoring tour and in the confusing maze of Verona streets and alleyways we came across the Capuleti. They had only one room left - the genial receptionist (why can't all hotel staff be as welcoming as this) apologetically explained that the bed was "a single and a half" and insisted we inspect it before confirming. The bed was slim (about 130cm) but adequate and comfortable.

The rooms are stylishly furnished, the shower clean and effective and the WiFi works. The breakfast was better than the average 3-star (superb coffee).

The best feature is the position. We parked the car directly outside (free parking pass supplied by the hotel) and strolled to the Arena in five minutes. When we come back to Verona we will book the Capuleti in advance.

Thank you very much for having posted your review about our Hotel. We are glad to read that you’ve been satisfied by our services and facilities and also by our Staff. Welcoming and make people feel at home is our principal goal, especially if the tryp has been very long and exhausting like a motoring tour in the specific case. So we’re very proud to read that the service has been appreciated in a very good way.
By the way, if you’d like to keep updated about events and happenings in our beautiful town, we suggest you to follow us on our facebook page and our website.

The hotel has been renovated completely and you can discard any comments prior to this renovation.
It is located close to the main sites of Verona: the arena with its summer opera season is a 5-minute walk; walking to Piazza delle Erbe and the famous balcony will take you 15 minutes unless you indulge in shopping in Mazzini street; lastly, if you long for Juliet her tomb is only a 2-miniute walk.
As you arrive you feel welcome as the staff is warm and helpful. Free parking in the street as they provide you with a sheet to be displayed on the dashboard. They even accompany you to find a place in the immediate vicinity.
Our room was spacious, modern, furnished and decorated with good taste, very functional, clean with comfortable bed, proper air conditioning, free WiFi, flat TV, coffee/tea set. Street noise was not an issue thanks to double-glazed windows and heavy drapes.
A touchscreen at the room entrance serves to control the air-con and to display information such as room and exterior temperatures, weather forecast, breakfast schedule, events, etc.
The bathroom was very modern as well. A special mention to the rainfall shower with multicolor lights. Amenities were plentiful.
Breakfast was correct but nothing special with all the basics of any buffet breakfast.
Definitely a good address whether you are fan of opera, admirer of Romeo & Juliet, or simply visitors to Verona.
