Hotel was quite basic quality. Room were small, but clean and ok, Minibar was empty, only two water bottles, maybe from the previous gueast.

This hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the railway/bus station and the city centre. Anything more central would be much more expensive. I had a double room for single use and it was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was welcome with temperatures above 30 degrees. The bathroom was well equipped. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good choice at the breakfast buffet. The free shuttle to and from the Arena for opera performances was a great bonus especially as one opera did not finish until 2.15 am because of a "rain break"! I felt that the hotel provided good value for money and I would certainlt recommend it.
