We stayed here for the last 3 or 4 days of the Verona Opera Festival and were really impressed. A superb place and we did enjoy it. A comfortable room with airconditioning (fortunately) and a pleasant shower room. We had a very good breakfast each morning.
Christina and Eduardo were indeed helpful with transport and advice on this our first visit to this beautiful city. NOT our last! We really enjoyed exploring the place.
Verona had been without rain for two months until the day we arrived from a wet UK so it rained, of course, which did not help the musical instruments at the opera in The Arena but we managed to see all of Carmen and half of Tosca on two evenings before the violins started to dissolve in the downpour.
