The service has been outstanding, food excellent, the rooms and cleanliness super. The location is good with a good view of the city. Our room had a spectacular view of the Castle San Pietro and surroundings.
grazie Silvia!

This was a fabulous bed and breakfast. Just across the river from the Old Town, it is on the fourth floor of an appartment/office building. The view from our room and the breakfast room across Verona is superb. Sylvia is a wonderful hostess and the breakfast was indeed excellent. We were very pleased to have air conditioning as well as a more environmentally friendly fan, as the weather was very hot while we were there. There is a Verona bike stand close by at the Ponte Pietra, and a couple of nice places to eat close by. It is about half an hours walk from the Arena - we plan to return! Thank you Silvia!

Unfortunately we were only here for one night but it was a good experience. We were warmly welcomed by Lucrezia and were really pleased with the accommodation. Our room was huge and airy and recently decorated I think. We had a fridge, a TV and free WiFi. The bed was comfortable and our private bathroom across the hall was equally bright and spacious. The view from the breakfast room is astounding. Sadly we didn't really do justice to breakfast (sorry Lucrezia) as we'd had a late night at the opera and then an early morning so our appetites were not what they usually are. There was a nice selection of breads though, yoghurt followed by pizza and strudel. We were offered eggs as well.

The location is superb, about five minutes walk to the Ponte Pietra and into the old centre - about 15-20 mins to the Piazza Bra. The B&B is not obvious from the outside because it is part of a residential building - we spent a little while walking up and down the street trying to find it - but once you're in its very nice indeed and there's even an elevator which is very useful to get your cases up to the fourth floor. We would certainly stay here again if we return to Verona.

We were early checking in but Sergio greeted us warmly and helped us with our bags to the 4th floor apartment (there is an elevator) The absolutely spotless room was huge with a fantastic view of Verona over a football pitch where we enjoyed watching several games!

The bathroom was modern and again spacious.

Sylvia's breakfasts are lovely and there is something for everyone including omelettes.

We loved everything about it.

Silvia and Sergio were very charming and made us feel very welcome in their B & B. Excellent location to walk into the city, just 5 mins via Ponte Pietra bridge. Verona is a delightful city and particularly beautiful in the sunshine. Comfortable and very clean accommodation. Breakfast was faultless and ample with something cooked together with the usual bread, pastries, yoghurt and cereal. Thank you Silvia and Sergio, we will return one day!

If you are thinking of visiting Verona don't hesitate. It is a beautiful place. If you are thinking of booking Agli Abbiani, don't hesitate either. It is a beautiful place to stay. Located a nice walk from the old city, the owners Sylvia and Sergio make you feel like you are old friends visiting. The room was large and the place itself beautifully appointed with a stunning view of the city from the breakfast room. Speaking of which, breakfast is something else with Sylvia's generous serving of delicious homemade pastries, there is no better way to start the day. We would not hesitate for one second to stay here should we return to Verona.
