Stayed here for a two night stay after a week at Lake Garda. Rooms and bathroom were massive and modern and not what I've come to expect in Italy. Accommodation was very clean and we had two balconies overlooking the rear of the building. Although the views were nothing special it was still nice to sit out in the evening and enjoy the end of the day with a glass of wine. There is a wonderful little coffee shop below and handy shop both of which open around 7.30am and stay open until 7.45pm. From the moment we arrived our host was most accommodating and friendly, we couldn't have asked for a more friendly and relaxing stay. Not sure why some reviews have complained about the noise as we didn't notice any.

It may be a little out of the way but the local 21 or 22 bus will take you right to the heart of Verona for €1.50...would recommend taking the 21 or 22 bus from the train station on arrival as we walked with our cases and it was a lengthy hot walk! Also, try out la capannina for something to eat, it's only 10 mins stroll from the front of the hotel.

Room Tip: Possibly ask for a rear room if you are noise sensitive.

Whilst travelling around northern Italy, myself and my partner stayed here for two nights. PERFECT. The room was clean and spacious, the kitchen was perfect for making a meal for two and the air con was a welcome relief (august heat). The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a shop on site but it wasn't open but the nearest supermarket was only a 5 min walk down the road.
Only small downside to this hotel was the location as unless you are in the centre, there isn't anything to do around the hotel. However, saying this, the bus stop round the corner takes you straight to the centre for €1.50 (single) and is every 20mins and takes 10mins, going past the train station also.

Room Tip: We chose a standard room with kitchenette, for two people you wouldn't need more.

Great location (very accessible by bus), great service and excellent rooms. The only down side was the noise from the major street below, however they have done their best by putting double glazed windows and i cant think of what they can do more. The room itself was specious and the staff excellent.

love, love, love this hotel! its so clean, quite, huge living area and huge bathroom. Out of all trip to Italy this is by far the best hotel, and the cheapest. The staff were friendly, gave us directions to city, and to the closest super market. Room includes a kitchen. However if you want to walk t the train station, anticipate a 30mins+ walk.
