It's difficult to find a nice place close to tourist attractions. This restaurant has a good variety of traditional local food, prices are average and the atmosphere is 100% italian old style. I recommended this place

The staff were friendly and the restaurant filled by 8pm. A shared cold plate of duck breast was simple but good. Our mains were of rabbit and duck respectively. The rabbit was quite good. The duck was ordinary at best. The oceans of polenta did not assist. The experience was fair but overall it disappointed and the walk home in the fresh falling snow was the highlight of the night out.

We were sent to this charming trattoria by the concierge at our hotel and we were very pleased. We were able to get in on a Friday night without reservations because we were somewhat on the early side--about 7:30 p.m. It got very busy a little later.

Charming atmosphere; a mix of tourists and what appeared to be locals. Service was very good. I had the braised rabbit. My husband had a pasta dish, which he enjoyed. The wine list is huge and fairly priced. We had a lovely ripasso for about 21 euros, which we thought was a very good compared to prices for the same in the States. This was exactly the kind of small (but not tiny), charming restaurant we were looking for on our only night in Verona. Recommended.

Very good meal. Excellent service from attentive staff. Customers seemed to be a mix of local people and tourists. Good value - we had appetisers, mains, a shared dessert and a nice bottle of wine and the bill came to (only) about 50 euros. Also only 5 minutes walk from the opera at the Coliseum. Would definitely eat there again.
