This is a sweet one bedroom apartment adjacent to the Hilton Stucky Molino. All the comforts of home are hear. It's a roomy, comfortable corner unit on the canal. Beautiful windows overlooking canals. Eat in or out. Convenient shuttle to San Marcos Square.

“Glorious Venice”
Reviewed October 2, 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle but only a short boat trip from the centre of one of the most historic and beautiful cities I have been to.
Lovely apartment overlooking the bays. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, with fantastic views from all windows. Highly recommended.

“Quiet, comfortable haven in a busy, crowded city”

This lovely apartment is only 15 minutes to St. Mark's via vaporetto, but it is the perfect distance away from the non-stop crowded, busy tourist areas of Venice. The apartment is comfortable, quiet, well-appointed with all modern amenities, and the views across the lagoon are lovely. We had no trouble finding a great local spot for breakfast - the Majer coffee shop - and could have chosen to eat at the Hilton next door, had we been so inclined. Getting there requires some walking - about three city blocks - so be prepared to carry/roll your luggage to and from the apartment from the vaporetto stop (two are nearby).

And Daniela, our greeter, was fabulous! Within a minute of calling her to announce our arrival, she was there, and gave us a full tour of the apartment and some advice on local shops, etc. This property was perfect for our stay in Venice,

“Beautiful, well-appointed apartment”

This apartment was beautiful, spacious, and so clean! Everything was clean, new, and in perfect working order. The owner kept in contact (promptly) through messages. Upon our arrival we met with her friend who was very gracious and easy to get in contact with. It's on the Giudecca island but you can use the Hilton shuttle (for free, but some limited hours) to reach the main part of the city. I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

“Wonderful Accommodation for a Very Enjoyable Venice Holiday”

We have just returned from a 6 day stay in Molino 27 and highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit Venice. The apartment is very spacious, very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. It is very well situated in the same complex as the Hilton Molina Stucky Hotel on Guidecca Island which has great views across the lagoon to the beautiful city of Venice. We enjoyed the peaceful location to come back to after the crowds in Venice at the same time were able to access the fabulous Skyline Bar of the Hilton Hotel - quite pricey but worth it for a nighttime cocktail or coffee.
The apartment was exceptionally clean and there was everything we needed - as well as a some welcome provisions on arrival. Chiara, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating of our needs and we felt very much at home for our fabulous first visit to Venice!
We booked a shared water taxi to and from the airport in advance which was very quick and efficient, although obviously more expensive than the ACTV or Alilaguna transport. Well worth it in our opinion.
One recommended Restaurant in Venice is Imprompta - had 2 exceptional meals there!

Hope to return to Venice one day and will certainly try and book Molina 27 if we do!!

“Beautiful apartment”
Reviewed April 26, 2016 for a stay in April 2016

This was a wonderful apartment with gorgeous views. High ceilings and lots of space for two people, all of the necessary amenities. Immaculately clean. Located on the peaceful island of Giudecca, which was easily accessible from the train station. We used the vaporettos (sea busses) to get to San Marco and the other islands, using a vaporetto pass that we purchased at the train station. On the first morning after arriving, we used the market cart that Chiara provided to go to the Coop Market on Giudecca and stocked our fridge.

“Wonderful visit to Venice”
Reviewed April 16, 2016 for a stay in April 2016

The apartment was perfect for our needs. The fact that we were greeted by a bottle of primeval on the refrigerator only added to our enchantment. Much as we love Venice, it was lovely to be able to escape the crowds in the evening. The apartment is spacious and our hostess had provided food staples which saved any urgent trip to the supermarket.
Can't praise it highly enough.
