My partner and I spent one night here and enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic it's set away from the busy city centre but still around a 15 minute walk into St Marks Square. Davide even meet us once we arrived and showed us the way. There are great restaurants,Cafes and a market near by. We had the room down stairs and it was very spacious clean and also had a private bathroom. Breakfast was lovely as we all sat down together to eat, it included tea, coffee, bread and spreads. It's fantastic that its located of the tourist path as it gives you a real true feel of Venice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommended this to anyone that is planning on visiting Venice.

I stayed here in July, when it was very hot. After a hot day of walking around Venice returning to the room was lovely, great air conditioning. Davide was a lovely host and made is feel very welcome. The room we had, on the first floor, was very spacious. The photos on line don't do the room justice, it is nice and large, bright and very comfortable. Having our own private bathroom and access to keeping our drinks in the fridge was great.
Great prices in the local grocery stores, and you feel like you are really experiencing local life.

Room Tip: We stayed in the large room on the ground floor, it was terrific. It is next to the kitchen, which i...

We recently spent 2 nights at Ciprea B&B staying in the upstairs room which had an extra bed for our 12 year old and a lovely ensuite bathroom.

The place, although on a map might seem a bit away from the centre is actually ideally located towards the end of the Grand Canal near Venice's only garden (Gardinia vaporetto stop is a short walk away) from here it is a leisurely 15 minute stroll to St Marks Square.

On our visit, Davide and Ciprea were away in Germany however we has the pleasure of meeting Carla who was looking after the place in their absence. She was very helpful and friendly and even allowed us to wash a few clothes and hang them out above the street, true Italian style!

She met us at the Vaporetto stop and helped with our luggage and even walked us back when we left.

The local neighbourhood is cheaper than 15 minutes away, less touristy and very Venetian and down Via Garibaldi you are spoilt for choice for somewhere to eat.

We ate at one of the two restaurants very nearby, both of the same name which was just Ok but got worse when we saw their cats on the tables smelling the cutlery!!

We loved our stay in Venice and particularly Ciprea B&B and we would certainly recommend it and would love to return one day!

Highly recommended and we will return.

Great place to stay in Venice. Convenient to vaporettos and lots of places within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Owners are very nice and helpful. Located off the tourist path; but only a short walk away. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I spent 4 nights in this AMAZING B&B in Venice. It's off the tourist track allowing me to experience the real Venice with the locals. Great food and drinks just a short walk away, and at a much cheaper price than elsewhere. And since it's about 2 minutes from a vaporetto station, getting to the Grand Canal and the main tourist attractions was a breeze!
Ciprea and Davide were amazing in every aspect- the perfect hosts! I absolutely loved it here and would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

This was everything we could have asked for and more! The place is at an ideal location in Venice. The room was spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities. The bathroom has a cheerful, neat look to it. The breakfast was great and the home-made coffee got us addicted! (we normally drink only tea!) Davide and Ciprea were very helpful and kind. They shared information on Venice and even put in some toys for our little boy. It was a 5 star experience that we'd always remember!

Very quiet B@B. Davide looked after us well, We were a bit nervous about finding it but he met us at the ferry. The bathroom was not in the room with us but that was no problem. The only thing was that one night the guests staying upstairs went to bed very early and we were in our room talking as a family planning the next day, and they kept banging on the ceiling. We had 2 children so it wasn't very late. Anyway it wasn't Davide's fault. It is a very private quiet area away from the noise and church bells. I would highly recommend this B@B.

Room Tip: Not that we had it but maybe the upstairs room.
