Pros: Modern and tidy apartment with good amenities situated about 2 blocks from the water shuttle to the airport (but a bit off the beaten "tourist" path). Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a 17 day trip, so this was great when we headed off to the airport. Beautiful building with an interior first floor courtyard. Very secure. Almost everything worked as expected. AC worked well, bed was comfy, space was good, fairly close to grocery, enjoyed walking the back streets and exploring this side of Venice. No surprises & as advertised.
Cons: All are minor. Couldn't close freezer door all the way due to frost accumulation. Not a big deal and it should be easy to fix. With 2 teenagers sharing, the fold out bed was a bit cramped and it consumed most of the "lounging" space in the apartment (but this was no surprise - I should make different choices if I want different space). Had some confusion booking regarding damage deposit, but that was all worked out. Plates & utensils only available for 4 people, so we had to wash dishes after every home meal.

Haven't yet confirmed return of the security deposit, so I can't comment on that.

Marcella met us at the water bus stop and ensured that we found the apartment and had all the information that we needed. The apartment is situated in a really interesting and unusual building which added to the experience.
Comfortable beds and lovely bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary equipment and the air conditioning worked a treat!
