Description: Tables laid on a magnificent terrace under the stars or in the elegant indoor dining room, in the enchanting settings of Campo Sant’Angelo, the Ristorante Acqua Pazza and its cuisine are an exclusive and extraordinary piece of Amalfi in Venice. Each recipe is the fruit of authentic Amalfi cuisine, each dish is exquisitely prepared with quality fresh ingredients, always accompanied by Campania wines that enhance the Mediterranean flavors. The delicious appetizers and sublime fish dishes, mouth-watering pasta, magnificent Neapolitan pizza and cordial Iennaco family have won over those who love Venice and fine dining.

Excellent location, tasty food, and the service was great. The whole sea bream was delicious, and they even gave you free tastings of special appetizers and after-dinner drinks. It was a special occasion for us, so we asked if we can buy the cups that the drinks came in as a souvenir (they had the restaurant name on them), and the waiter came back to say they were a gift from the owner! Perfect way to end the evening!

Run be southerners that come from the heart of pizza land this is a fantastic pizzeria that i have visited many times. The outdoor seating is in a large but quiet piazza. Pizza here is very much like a neapolitan style with a bit more doughy crust that is well cooked. Ingredients are plain and simple. Warning: These are large pizzas that are really an entire meal in itself. Go for the pizza and do not order anything else until it is consumed. After dinner they always bring out cookies and leave a full limoncello bottle at your table that you can consume as you like. Nice people run it, nice place.

Plan to sit outdoors in Campo San Angelo and watch the world go by as you enjoy your meal (largely fish based). Portions are large and you will be served some appetizers to begin your meal and lemoncello to end your meal. The menu is solely in Italian but never fear the waiters will provide translations if it is needed.

From a distance it looks like just another outside tourist trap, but as you get closer you realise this is a quality restaurant which just happens to have seating in the middle of the square.

Gets very busy, so it is worth booking and there is a dress code (no shorts), and is worth it. We had a wonderful evening starting at about 9pm, with everybody around us speaking Italian.

Were staying in the very wonderful Corte di Gabriela which is 50 metres down the a little side street and for which this is the closest restaurant. So obviously we ignored it until the last night when we realised that the best was almost literally on our doorstep.
