“A Home in Venice”

It may be a little out of the way at first but this is the perfect rental space in Venice. Every major site is in walking distance and yet this gem is out of the tourists path. The space itself is a perfect mixture of old and new. The ceiling still maintains its old world charm with a series of serious wood beams. Inside the giant loft space is a beautiful cube. Stairs on the side of the cube leads to a giant bed on top. In side the cube and under the sleeping space is an ultra modern kitchen. The place is topped off with Murano chandlers. This place is so cool! I would love to stay here again!

“THE Way to Stay in Venice!”

Elisabetta's apartment ... and Elisabetta's welcome ... were stellar.

Booking support and pre-trip support were warm and attentive. Elisabetta's turn-by-turn photo directions navigated us well through the Venetian maze.

The location in that maze was ideal: Just five minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and other tourist centers. Just one minute walk from restaurants and gelaterias. Yet utterly free of noise and crowds.

And centuries removed. An impeccably renovated apartment, with all of the modern amenities ... in a palazzo half a millennium old.

The view, onto a small side canal, at its intersection with a larger one, provides a fascinating window into the water-based daily life of this unique city, but without untoward noise or intrusion.

We plan to return!

This apartment is in the perfect location. It is easy to find and within walking distance of all the sites in Venice.
The apartment has everything you need and is very Venitian. Elisabetta is charming and very helpful. She provides tea, coffee, milk and water and even supplied a beautiful dish of fresh fruit. She is on hand for any questions and is willing to help if needed.
It is a quiet location but we felt safe and comfortable. This was a lucky find.

“Amazing apartment, tranquility in crowded Venice”

We stayed in the apartment for Christmas 2015 and it was amazing, perfect for what we needed. Arriving into a tourist packed Venice on Christmas Eve we were delighted that the apartment was in a beautiful but quieter part of the city. But still only 5 minutes walk to get to the main routes if you want to visit them.
The apartment was lovely, with access down a quiet street into an amazing courtyard and even a lift for our luggage. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast, coffees and light meals when we didn't want to go out.
The owner was really great to deal with and flexible when our dates changed. Made everything easy and lovely. Thank you!

“Fantastic Venice apartment away from the crowds”
Reviewed April 23, 2016 for a stay in April 2016

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, yet is only a 10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square and transportation. Our boys loved the bunk beds, and we really liked the modern feel of the apartment. Kitchen was sleek and well equipped with espresso machine and coffee pods. We had asked Mrs. E to pick up a few items for us before arrival, and she graciously provided us with bread, butter, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants are all close by. After a day touring, it was always nice to return to our peaceful apartment. We hope to return someday.

The apartment couldn't be better located. On a quiet canal but only a short walk from St. Marks Square. Our Host Elisabetta made sure we had what we wanted and kept in touch by text throughout our stay.
The directions to find the apartment are easy to follow and whilst everyone gets lost in Venice it would be difficult not to find the apartment. Perfect for a couple, we stayed 4 nights.

“Beautiful and great location!”
Reviewed April 6, 2016 for a stay in March 2016

This apartment worked wonderfully for our family of four. Our daughters, ages 10 and 14, were able to sleep on the pull-down bunks, and we slept in the loft. The apartment is a beautiful blend of historical charm and modern conveniences. The location was perfect - on a quiet side canal, but within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Elisabetta stocked the kitchen with fresh fruit for our arrival, checked in with us several times through texts, and arranged a water taxi to pick us up at the private water door and take us to the airport for our early morning flight. Great experience!
