Really excellent location and very friendly & helpful staff. The restaurant was excellent. We had breakfast there every morning and really enjoyed it.
It is a little difficult to find the first time but then you can't miss it. The value was excellent. If we return to Venice, we will be sure to stay there.

Excellent and kind service, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast. Located just between Rialto and San Marco, first time hard to find thoug. One bridge ahead from Hard Rock cafe. Next time same place, no questions about that.

We selected this hotel based upon tripadvisor reviews and a good lodging rate for a three person room. We followed the map provided on their website and arrived in their courtyard without incident. Just remember to take the right turn before the Armani store and then take the first right again through the archway. Room 409 offered a king bed in one room and a twin bed in a smaller room. The bathroom was ok but two issues were the shower head not working consistently and a leaking toilet. The breakfast provided daily was excellent with many choices. The majority of the front desk staff were very helpful and offered good tips on nearby restaurant choices. The air conditioning worked efficiently and the location is centrally positioned for most attractions.

This was the sixth hotel we stayed in over a two week period in Italy and was one of the best. The room was comfortable and even though it faced the street, was quite. The breakfast was more of a brunch with everything from eggs and bacon to tiramisu. The staff was great, they directed us to some good local restaurants and also to the water bus to the airport. They helped us take the luggage to the room, which a number of other smaller hotels did not do. The big plus is that it is located near the major sites, but the entrance is off a small, private courtyard (with its own private shrine to Mary). Make sure you look at Google maps to figure out where the entrance is (its on the St. Marks side of the courtyard, near the Armani store). You need to step into the courtyard to see the hotel. If you have luggage, take the elevator to the 2nd floor to check in, otherwise the stairs are fine.

Room Tip: We had a room facing the street and it was fine, although I'm sure the courtyard facing rooms ar...

Just remember...ARMANI ARMANI ARMANI....because that's the only way you will find it. There were four of us, almost in tears, walking with rollaway suitcases and no one having any idea where we wanted to go. Finally ran into someone who said "it's their sister hotel" and walked us after she said go left and she herself went right. Hotel is great. Breakfast is wonderful. Staff from front desk, bellperson, wait staff was amazing. As clean as can be (btw, blow dryers were terrible, but didn't care that much). Staff in breakfast room was so nice and kind, they didn't speak any English and they were apologizing to me....when it should have been me not speaking their language!! A must for a trip to Venice....second time will be even better...we know where it is!!

To keep my review brief, yes the hotel was difficult to find, ask for directions from the hotel before you arrive in Venice, otherwise everything was first class. The hotel is in a pretty courtyard which is so convenient (behind H&M), the rooms and their breakfast was first rate, we won't stay anywhere else.

Room Tip: Overlooking the courtyard with flowers would be ideal but our rooms were still excellent.

Loved everything about the hotel. Great staff, clean rooms, wonderful breakfast and great location half way between the Rialto bridge and San Marcos square. Andriana at the front desk was wonderful! We hated to leave but will be back!
