After finding this B&B in an American tour book, I inquired about renting a room from Davide. He was very responsive and very helpful both before and during our stay.
The rooms were well furnished and clean and the area was safe. You are off the Main Street by abut 2 minutes red which made this location quite yet conveniently located near bars, shops, and restaurants.
I would defined stay here again and recommend it to all travelers.

This was a return visit after staying here 2 years ago. The location is very convenient - we walked to St Marks, Rialto, etc. It is on a small canal about 5 minutes from the Ca D'Oro vap stop and less than 10 min walk from Fondemente Nuove. Lots of close shopping and restaurants.
Owner Davide was very responsive with email communications and helped us with restaurant reservations.
Breakfast was nice with very good coffee.
We had a room on the ground floor so not much of a view but it was a nice size and very quiet.
Looking forward to a third stay!
We stayed at the b&b for 4 nights, hubby surprised me by booking the attic bedroom which happened to have a beautiful rooftop terrace attached! Room was spacious and romantic. B&b was in great location, cut off from Main Street (which is about a 2 min walk). Breakfast was inclusive- scrumptious, freshly baked croissants (yummy) Along with a selection of jams and spreads. Would have been great if fresh fruit was available.
Overall a great stay, Davide and his wife were friendly and accommodating. Would visit again & recommend to others
We enjoyed our stay. Very clean comfortable rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the location. It is about a block off a main street so it is close to restaurants, etc but on a quite street. It is not real close to main attractions (St. Marks, etc.). So if that is your goal then look elsewhere. The owners were efficient and pleasant but not real helpful. Don't expect any restaurant recommendations or small talk. We would stay here again.
We stayed for 3 nights, room clean and quite big, bed very comfy! Breakfast filled us up until lunch, location is great within walking distance of everything. The owner is a really nice guy too. I'd highly recommend and stay again if we came back to Venice.
Davide was an excellent host. The location and the place made us feel like we were locals! The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable.The breakfast is simple but the chocolate croissant is amazing! We really felt like locals staying in this quiet neighborhood. Davide was kind enough to allow us to store some of our baggage as venice was our first and last stop in Italy. I will stay there again if I go back! :)
