Every excellent review of this Hotel is absolutely true!! Best breakfast in Italy by far!! They made us the best fresh cappuccinos and had lots of fresh fruits and croissants. They also had eggs, bacon and pancakes plus so much more. What a gem this place is! If you want a true Venetian Hotel stay here away from crowds and tourist traps!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a useful map and showed us how to get around. The location was very convenient just steps away from the Vaporetto stop San Stae. A short walk to Rialto Bridge and all the sights. The room decor was in true Venetian style and a nice spacious bathroom. We loved this quaint hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Unbelievably good value for Venice, which is an expensive place. Fantastic location (quiet but central), very clean, wonderful friendly staff. Get the Alilaguna Orange line from the airport but you need to look carefully for the hotel door on the left hand side of the street as it’s easy to walk by.
Really good breakfast and a lovely variety of fellow guests. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Oh, and make time to go to the Mocenigo Museum in a beautiful Palazzo a few doors down.

Very accommodating and welcoming staff - near San Stae vaporetto (water bus) stop, about 15 minutes walk to San Marco but away from the crowds and noise. Fairly close to Rialto Bridge. We stayed in the Annex next to hotel, beautifully decorated, large and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful, if weather permits served on an outdoor patio or inside. We were able to store some of our luggage for about 10 days while we traveled. Restaurant recommendations were great. If we come back to Venice will definitely stay here again.

My son, daugher, and I stayed two nights while visiting Venice. The hotel is on a small, quiet canal, very conveniently located. There are a few very good restaurants near by and all attractions were just a short walk away. The room was very nice (Venitian style). My only complaint would be that the shower wall only covered a third of the tub, therefore; the floor was wet after every shower. Other than that, everything was excellent. The free breakfast was the best we had of the three hotels we stayed in Italy, good variety, and tasty food and coffee. The staff was very pleasant. Our room was clean and ready upon our arrival around 11 a.m. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lodgings in Venice can be challenging if the hotel location is not convenient to water. This hotel is very conveniently located a short walk from the San Stae vaporetto stop. Good restaraunts nearby in the quarter, far less touristy area with all the conveniences
