Hotel is up steep stairs, but the staff were helpful with our cases. They have good size rooms and a good breakfast for Venice. Clean & quiet. Excellent welcome, and staff very helpful. Really good position by the Rialto Bridge. Recommended!

Literally only a stones throw away from the Rialto Bridge , service started w an email with explicit instructions on how to get to the hotel from the Rialto Stop.
Maria and Francesco ("call me Frank") were warm and delightful. I cannot forget Fran's impersonation of the coffee machine as he run me through the different appliances in the breakfast room. It was a terrific place to explore Venice from!
PRICELESS too is the Rusticerria (?) right around the corner from the hotel... its like a cafeteria for the locals, fresh seafood salads, calzones and other food items to choose from and if you order pizza, pasta or a grilled veal chop like I did, they cooked it fresh and hot for you. I paid 15 Euros for a meal that I had paid 41 euros the night before in one of the restaurants by the canal catering to tourists.

Room Tip: Reserve a room on the 2d floor in advance as the stairs are steep and there are no bell hops.

I LOVED staying at this motel! I had a fantastic double room ... Lots and Lots of Space! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was scrumptious and lots of orange juice! The mini bar was great and the cold drinks were most welcome upon arrival in the afternoon.

I was so amazed when I walked into the room-- so spacious, calm bright and clean -- great bathroom, powerful shower and towel warmer. The bed was so comfortable and I had the best sleep. Lovely furnishings! Excellent WiFi ... Central location right near the Rialto Bridge and a popular square. Frank - the manager had sent me very clear and detailed directions from the train station and I found my way easily... and I am usually so bad at finding my way .. .. not this time! Directions were fantastic!! Thankyou Frank! I loved every minute I stayed there and I still think about it! It was a pleasure to meet you and chat with you ... I will be back!:)

Enjoy your trip to Australia and thankyou for everything!!

Nice, clean, incredibly convenient, very friendly staff.

Lovely room, no complaints on the accomodation although a little on the pricey side for Venice.

For the price, breakfast is it's biggest failing, seriously how can you run out of bread when there's 90 minutes left to the end of breakfast time, very limited selection and coffee served from an office coffee dispensing machine. Tables didn't appear to be cleared at all until breakfast had finished.

This hotel was the cheapest we could find with a days notice. The staff were friendly, available and were easy to communicate with.
The room is exactly like the pictures. The bathroom was clean and they provided heaps of towels! It is located in the heart of Venice but the room was very quiet - unless you have the aircon on, that thing sounded like it might take off during the night...
Breaky was simple but filling. No complaints, would definitely stay here again :-)

Room Tip: Reception closes at 8pm so make sure arrive with enough time to get there.
