This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is a typical Italian hotel, so don't expect spacious rooms and bathrooms, but you will get amazingly helpful staff and great tips on where to go and where to eat. The location means you can walk to most places and get out and see the sites. An amazing place to stay and will definitely be returning.

Had a excellent two nights at this hotel. It is in the perfect location with the Rialto bridge close by. The friendly staff made use feel very welcome and gave use tips on where to eat and things to do. The room we stayed in was quite large and clean. The shared bathroom was also clean.

We arrived late at night at the main building. Had to climb up one flight of stairs and dragged the luggages up ourselves (12 steps) - I would strongly suggest if traveling in two or more, leave one of your friend downstairs taking care of the luggages, just in case your booking happens to be at the annex building too.

After checking in at the counter, a middle-aged man spoke in likely Italian which we could not understand a word, helped with my luggage (whilst my friend carried her own) and took us to our room - apparently our booking is for the room at their annex building, i.e. 1-2 mins walk from main building. The alley here was way too quiet and somewhat dark, so it was a little creepy. The room was one level up a flight of stairs, so thank goodness the man helped us with our luggages.

He spoke in Italian, taught us how to use the keys etc. There was a living room - sofas and a dining table outside our room. In our room, furniture is venetian style, interesting, though bathroom is just like any typical bathroom but at least spacious enough in the standing shower room to turn around. 1 standard double bed but seemed like 2 single beds joined together.

For the price paid (around 100 euros per night for 2 pax), it was ok considering it was really close to Rialto bridge, approx 3-4 mins walk. Thus, we could easily hop onto the vaporetto to get to elsewhere. Suggest walk a bit further away from this area for breakfast options. Though, I do find the alley at the annex building a little way too dark and creepy - Would have been better if they had at least installed some lightings in that alley.

Ps #1: We took our own luggages down when we checked out, i.e. down that flight of stairs at annex building. If elderly is traveling, do ask reception to help you out!
Ps #2: If traveling solo and staying at annex building, try not return too late. Just too dark and quiet in this alley. Though, Venice is just about one of my top faves spot in Italy, feels quite safe nonetheless.

Room Tip: Get room at main building if possible. Otherwise annex is ok too.

Located centrally, 1 minute from Rialto Bridge, this place is a gem! Clean and tidy. Space is at a premium in Venice, so expect a cozy room. Staff are amazing, Ambra gave us lots of useful info and helpful tips, and bent over backwards to answer our questions. Would definitely recommend this place!

Looking for budget accomodation in Venice is not easy, staying here the best decision we made. Location is excellent! Room small but clean and cosy with lovely Venetian styling
The 2 sisters running the hotel I can't speak highly enough of. Friendly and helpful to the last. Made our few days in Venice most enjoyable and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good value accomodation in beautiful Venice
