We had a superb dinner at Covino with Andrea (owner) and Dimitri (chef). You share a small intimate space and atmosphere with other 12 clients in a tiny, cosy bistro.
The menu is written on a board and has a well balanced mix of fish and meat courses.
Great attention to ingredients and a superb list of natural wines.
