had a three night stay at this hotel and all the previous reviews hit the mark entirely. Would highly recommend this for location and comfort. This was a birthday treat organised by my husband and it couldn,t have been better. We prebooked a private boat taxi from the airport. It was expensive at Euro 120 but it was fabulous and as a treat a magical way to arrive straight to the water taxi entrance to the hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet area next to a canal but only minutes from the hustle and bustle of shops, bars and the rialto bridge. The service is excellent, all the staff were attentive and informative on advice for trips sightseeing etc. The room was beaustiful. We booked a deluxe and it was enormous!! Very comfortable and perfect for three nights. breakfast was very good. we didn,t eat dinner at the hotel preferring something abit more low key but it looked very good.

We did ll the usual tourist things, gondola trip, St Marks Square etc.

For something abit different i would recommend a trip by vaperetto to Burana one of the furthest islands. This was recommended by the hotel and we had a lovely sfternoon there wondering around the canal, old town etc it was very qyauint and worth the trip. also witnedded fabulous sunsets etc,

All in all a lovely memorable trip. i would recommend going out of season as hotel rates very good value and although busy not too rammed. We were able to see everthing comfortably with no queues etc.

Hoghly recommended.

Room Tip: The deluxe rooms are massive, opulent and comfortable.

If you stay anywhere in Venice it must be here. Arriving on a private water taxi gives you the journey of a lifetime. The hotel reception & bedrooms are stunning - classy as is everything about the hotel. 5 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge - Venice is a must see city - you will not be disappointed! The breakfast room in the hotel matches the food - gorgeous!!! Make sure you have a drink in the courtyard bar - under the stars - definitely the most relaxing place to be.

Room Tip: Whatever room you get you will not be disappointed!!!

We had a suite with a balcony overlooking the canal. Very quiet but what a great view when you opened up the double doors and stepped out onto the balcony - pedestrian bridges to the right and left and gondolas floating by. It was in a very good location also. Two nights we came back from dinner to music playing in the bar and had to stop in for an after dinner drink. The piano player was really good!
Breakfast was included and there was plenty of food options.
The front desk was very helpful.
Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Unfortunately I can't remember our room number but believe it was on the second floor. The balc...

From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left 4 days later, this hotel was a dream come true. The deluxe room was huge and gorgeous, enormous bed with open plan bathroom (big bath and waterfall style shower) the staff could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Fantastic location and lovely bar with live music on Saturday in the hotel. We'd come back to Venice just to stay here again, can't recommend highly enough. Will surely be 5* soon.

What can I say, if there was a higher rating, this hotel would have easily earned it - simply perfect. Our accommodation was very large and palatial not to mention spotless and exceptionally well appointed with the most beautiful furnishings and exquisite marble bathroom. Hotel Ai Reali is positioned perfectly within minutes of both San Marco and the Rialto Bridge yet so quiet inside allowing us to have the best sleep we'd had on the trip. Notwithstanding how beautiful the hotel is itself, and its fabulous location, the staff were certainly outstanding - so very welcoming and accommodating. Everyone greeted you when passing and all spoke wonderful english (for those who aren't so fluent in Italian like us) and seemed to speak other languages quite well also. Nothing was too much. Each morning at breakfast the staff remembered our coffee orders, the staff in the bar-lounge were engaging and warm, the front desk staff took care of us when we'd made a mistake with our dates and even assisted us to mail a parcel home when our language skills let us down at the post office! Breakfast was lovely and there is a Day Spa which looked beautiful, but unfortunately we didn't have time to partake. Quite a shame we had to leave! We will make this our hotel of choice when visiting Venice and will be recommending to friends and family also.

I love this quaint hotel. The staff is very friendly and they speak several languages including English. The hotel is small which is nice and so easy to get to from the airport. We hired a private water taxi from the airport water taxi dock (5 minute easy walk from the airport terminal) that dropped us off right at the hotel reception. The bellman helped us with our luggage off the boat and as soon as we checked in and got settled, we took the hotel's private water taxi to Murano Island.

The room was very nicely appointed with a beautiful chandelier, comfortable bed, electronic window shades, slippers and a robe. The tv had so many stations from all around the world it was fun to watch. The TV also had my name on the screen welcoming us as soon as you turned it on. The bathroom was fantastic. Great towels, a nice rain shower head and a hand held shower as well. All marble and very comfortable and included a bidet. The shower was walk in accessible for anyone.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. Very good assortment of hot foods and pastries with fresh fruit. They also served great coffee and Hot chocolate. Very tasty.

I'm definitely coming back to this hotel. It is within walking distance of every attraction, including fine restaurants and fine stores in Venice.

When we were ready to leave the hotel and begin our cruise, we asked the front desk to hire a private water taxi to get us to the port which worked out great. The water taxi picked us up right at the hotel lobby (canal front) and dropped us off right at the cruise ship pier where Celebrity took our luggage from our water taxi right at the dock. No hassles very carefree! What a wonderful way to begin our cruise.

Thanks to all the wonderful staff at Ai Reali Hotel, the only place to stay in style and true comfort in Venice. We cannot wait to return!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with balcony view of the canal

This is probably ONE OF THE BEST hotels in Venice!
Everything was simply perfect: the hotel is perfectly located, right in the middle of everything (attractions, ferry stop, great places for drinks, food and shopping), yet - very quiet!
Staff was super friendly and helpful, made us feel like we are VIPs. The room was amazing, clean, tidy and well equipped. The bathroom and shower were just superb with prestigious accessories. The breakfast was also rich and gave us fuel for the day :)

it's worth every penny and I'm sure we will be back. I wish that next time we'll stay longer because it was simply perfect. Thank you for the experience!

Room Tip: Ask for rooms with view to the patio, they are quiet and nice. We got first floor (room 111) and it...
