“The best hotel we've stayed in Europe”
Reviewed November 3, 2013

We stayed for two nights in Ai reali, and i have to say it was our best nights. The location of the hotel was exactly in the middle of everything, near san marco, near a lot of enjoyable restaurants, and and a lot lovely shops. The staffs were incredible. All of them are very nice and polite, we didn't actually expect this since me and my friend were very young compared to the other guests. The porter boys were gifted. I would like to sincerely compliment them for their ability of fixing TVs. Our TV was having an issue (i think it was quite a bad one) and they were just there saving the day. Another strong point about this hotel is their room. Talk about luxury. I really love the space and design. After being in most museums in Italy i could say staying in Ai Reali is just like staying in one of those museums (in a good way). Not a single flaw on the design. One advice is that you would probably want to take the water taxi. We thought is was near to the station at first, and yes, we were wrong. The taxi would be a bit pricy but its really worth the trip.

We stayed there for one night and wished we had stayed longer. The room was spacious for three people. It was within walking distance to San Marco and there are many nice shops nearby. The hotel concierge was helpful and sincere. The only minus was the bed was a bit too soft. Will certainly hope to visit again!

Outstanding hotel, stayed at the Westin Regina & Europa a few years back and tried Ai Reali for something different... Soooo glad we did! Stunning hotel, service, amenities, location, spa... We will 100% be back and would recommend to all.

We stayed in room 103, GORGEOUS! The workmanship on the upholstered walls was top notch. Room was somewhat loud due to the bridge & canal being outside the window, but was worth it & would request the room again. Besides that was very quiet, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with speakers. VERY CLEAN!

Breakfast was great, a little but of everything, the bar is very nice, library has good selection. The spa is great... Nice design details, sauna, jacuzzi, steam sauna, eucalyptus shower, roof deck etc.

Can't wait to return!

We stayed here for a night after disembarking from a cruise ship and arrived in style via water taxi at the private jetty. When we arrived mid morning, the receptionist suggested that we take the complimentary excursion to Murano while waiting for our room to be ready. It was a pleasant way to spend time.
The room was spacious with a terrific modern bathroom. Dinner was excellent and so was breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Easily one of the best hotels that I have stayed. Everything was what you would expect with a 5 star hotel. Excellent location as well. I honestly felt like I was undercharged for the room. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Wonderful stay for 4 nights at this lovely hotel. Close to the Rialto with gondolas passing the window, it is a lovely place from which to enjoy the delights of Venice. The staff are charming and helpful and I would recommend this hotel.

Our 2nd visit to this wonderful destination, "Venice".
This hotel I believe "Deserves more stars than given".
The hotel boasts a huge reception area, a great plus and feature in Venice. The building is majestically old and refined and comes with very modern amenities and is well appointed. Reception areas on storey level are well furnished and refreshing.
The Hotel's location was central to St Marks Square, with the best shopping at the front door. Access to the waterways and a private boat from your breakfast table was a fantastic feature. (This included great access to transport for the regrettable trip by private boat to the airport.)

The room was as spacious as one would expect for Venice, the room facilities were great, we had an extra large bathroom. The breakfast menu was fine and staff were there to serve whatever the time.

The Hotel Ai Reali offers a superior OPTION In Venice. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The stay we had with our newly married son and daughter in law was an absolute pleasure....
