Worth a visit. Better atmosphere here in the square than central Venice, food was very nice, fresh and authentic. Good sized potions too. Bit overpriced but it is Venice!

We dined here after getting tired of searching for a restaurant for dinner. We had the 'catch of the day' sea bass. It was expensive and horrible! I ordered it as oven baked but it was not even on par with oven baked fish everywhere else! It tasted more like steamed fish from a Chinese restaurant!

And by the looks it, the sea bass is a 'catch of the day' for everyone else. I am starting to wonder whether they actually serve anything else! Worst dinner I had in Venice!

Agree with others about it being misleading. I wanted a salad for lunch - we were shown a different menu at the front and then told we could order a big salad. The mixed salad was just a small bowl of leaves and tomatoes. The sea bass was good, having said that. The staff were pushy and annoying both when we were deciding whether to eat there and during the meal. The cost - 45 euros for sea bass, a salad and some grilled veg and water seemed very high. Not a good place generally, totally reliant on tourists going once and never returning. Probably the same as many places in Venice, but still annoying.

Ate at this restaurant on the our first night at Venice. Order 2 pasta and 1 meat dish as our main to share between 2 people. The pasta was ok, had the spaghetti with egg & bacon and spaghetti with clams, and had a sea bass to share as our main.

The pasta was ok, wasn't al dente and the clams wasn't fresh as per what the waiter told us as we later found out that the fish markets don't open on Sunday. We had a oven baked sea bass to share between the 2 of us, though the fish wasn't big. It was ok cooked.

The problem was when we got the bill. We were charged 2 mains, even though we had the fish to share. Apparently we got told that it was a bigger fish for the 2 of us so we were charged 2 people's price. It was the biggest rip off ever!!!! We never asked for a bigger fish, total rip off. Avoid this place at all cost.

It is hard to find good food for a decent price in Venice.

This place is on the busy Campo Margarita, had several customers but produced an average meal. The seafood risotto for 2 was tasty but lacked substantial seafood for the price charged. Worst of all they charge a 'cover charge' for eating there for dinner.

Next time we'll find something off the square for a simple plate of pasta.
