Minutes walk from the bus station in a quiet location away from the hustle of central Venice this hotel is brilliant. Its set on a busy canal with lots of life on the edge of the university area so many places to eat locally that are more reasonably priced. The staff are so helpful and polite. Within 5 minutes of a square where locals eat and watch the tourists go by. This hotel was is a gem. Spotlessly clean where nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Thank you Fabio and team you made our holiday.
No its not in the heart of Venice its minutes walk away where you get the chance to wander at your leisure and explore. How people can criticise boats going by delivering is beyond me this is Venice and deliveries have to be made!!!
We had a very quiet garden view room that excelled expectations. The location is ideal for both the bus and train stations, no need for water taxi's just walk and ask directions the locals are all very friendly and eager to help.
A beautiful bakery on the opposite bank where coffee and cakes for two come in at less that 6 Euros and lovely bars and restaurants nearby.
We couldn't find a single thing to complain about ... probably the best hotel we have stayed in in Europe and such value for moneyMore
