Visited this restaurant last year and it was so good we ate there three times. This year the place has changed. New menu and the food is not as good. A pizza with mushrooms was so soggy in the middle that it could not be eaten. Fried fish turned out to be fried octopus rings with some prawns. Very greasy spoon type taste but 22 euros. Would not revisit this rstaurant again.

Food was tasty but portions weren't large and the staff were quite curt and not very welcoming. The prices were high for what you got and the puddings were basic and straight out of a packet. Also felt a bit rushed.

I wish I'd read reviews before coming here. Do yourself a favour and don't visit. My husband wandered around and decided we had to have an italian pizza. We were shown in with a bit of a scowl, to a quiet end of the restaurant, away from the main restaurant, with only one other table occupied. An italian couple came in shortly afterward, obviously regulars, and were greeted by 3 waiters, with smiles, handshakes and banter - but they obviously didn't want us there. We ordered our pizzas, and I accompanied mine with a glass of red wine - the best part of the whole visit. The pizzas came, and were disappointing - quite soggy in the middle, and difficult to cut on the crust. Not long after starting our food, they started rearranging the tables to make one large table - and hovering over us! It was clear that they were expecting a large group and wanted us gone so they could use our table to make up the larger table. We continued to eat our food at our pace, despite various of the waiters coming over and hovering around us continuously. Eventually, I ordered another glass of wine, and they got the message. After a bit of tutting, they put the tables back where they had originally been, and made a table up in the main restaurant again. And on top of the soggy pizza, angry face and poor service, we had to pay both a cover charge and service charge! Thankfully, the wine was excellent, so there were lots of giggles, instead of a complaint! Not sure they want tourists, if this is how we are treated.

Just got back this so called restaurant. The service charge would have acceptable if the service had been. From the moment we walked in we were met by miserable faces and brusque manners. The food was very basic. Our pizzas were of poor quality and virtually tasteless. Then, to cap it all, the bill for just two was over 70 euros! Couldn't get out quick enough. Do yourself a huge favour. Don't be taken in by the look of the place.
