“Winter Repast”
Reviewed March 17, 2013

On a cold windy winter night the Zattere has its challenges!! But this restaurant is worth the effort. Our only regret is not being there in warmer seasons to enjoy the terrace. The rack of lamb was superb as was the seafood pasta and we chased our selections with an excellent dessert tart. Not to be missed when you are in Dorsoduro.

“aka All'Armonia di Vianello Alfredo”
Reviewed February 23, 2013

This is also known as All'Armonia di Vianello Alfredo and there are other TripAdvisor reviews under that name. It's very confusing!. On our first evening after a long day travelling, we were recommended to this restaurant by our B&B host Francesco (Dorsoduro461, which is nearby). It is just by the Zattere vaporetto stop. There are two “Casin dei Nobili” restaurants, the other being a pizzeria at Dorsoduro 2765. It is next door to Gelateria Nico. It was the perfect choice, informal and friendly but extremely polite, helpful and attentive service and good food. On a dark cold winter's night there was constant movement of large and small boats outside. For four we spent 176 euros, including two bottles of house red, three courses and coffee and an amaretto. Five stars for what it is, a good quality friendly family restaurant -- but not a five-star restaurant in the great scheme of things. We ate there again a couple of nights later, a simpler meal just for two, 59 euros, just as good.

“My favorite meal in Venice”
Reviewed December 8, 2012

We ate here with a Rick Steves tour so I really haven't a clue to what it costs. After perusing a few reviews I guessing it's not bad considering the amazing location and view and average prices in Venice. We ( all 28 of us) hit them at one time and Their service was impeccable. I had the Seafood lasagna and OMG it was fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone anytime.

“Great food, served well, on a wonderful terrace”
Reviewed November 15, 2012

Great food at surprisingly reasonable prices served by very friendly and experienced staff. We enjoyed the wonderful views of the canal, the sunset and the memorable sight of immense cruise ships passing right in front of the terrace.
Located in a quieter, lovely part of Venice, this restaurant provided us with a perfect ending for our day trip. I recommend the fish and the house wine too. We stumbled across it by chance, but we would certainly go to find it on our next trip to Venice.

“Lovely atmosphere, good food!”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

After our first day in Venice, we were eager to have a fairly priced meal with a view. We were not disappointed here. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Because we were a party of six we did have a reservation and were seated immediately. Each of us ordered a different meal and we were all very pleased. One of us ordered a simple green salad but when it arrived it was so large and so fresh that we passed it around. We shared two desserts which were also quite delicious. Good food, good service and a water view!
