Lovely location easy to explore the sites and to hop on and off the ferry/boat. Basic room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the sister hotel which was good, plenty of selection. Wi fi in the room seemed to only work some times.

Situated close to San Marco and water bus stops one could not ask for a better location as a jumping off spot to explore.
The hotel is annexed to it's sister hotel next door , comfortable rooms which are immaculate.Breakfast included and good choice with endless coffee . Staff polite and a sense of humour thrown in . As Arnie would say " I'll be back".

This hotel is in an excellent location; very near to St Mark's square but on a quiet street. The rooms are small and a bit dated though and could do with some renovations.

Breakfast is served in the sister hotel, 1 minute walk away. The breakfast was an average buffet. Not replenished much, so get there at least half an hour before the end of breakfast time.

Would only recommend if you could get a very good price.

We stayed here for a long weekend as a treat for my birthday just before Christmas. I think this hotel is a real find, everything about it was just right for us and I am sure would be for many people.
Location - This hotel is within a few min walk from St Mark's and is a few meters away from the Vaporetto stop which was great for the airport. It is located in a quiet alley just off the Grand Canal, so close enough to the attractions, but in a very quiet location, so you do not get any street noise.
Room - by continental standards the room was very spacious and was decorated in a traditional venetian style, which is very sweet and gives it a bit of character. It was also very clean. The only complaint I would have is the pillows, they are too small and only one is provided per person, so you need to ask for more. The bathroom was on a small side and did not have a bath tub, just a shower, but it was very good one.
Service - all services including check in/out and breakfast are provided in the sister hotel about 50 m back on the Grand Canal. Staff are very friendly and are impressively multilingual. Breakfast was buffet style and mainly continental - do not expect full english there, but the pastries, coffee and cold meats were very nice and fruit was very fresh every day.
Overall I think it was extremely good value and I would stay there again when we go back to Venice.

Room Tip: The only rooms with a view you can hope for are those facing San Zaccaria Sq - there are very few of...

The hotel is literally 5-min walk from St. Mark's Square, 10-min from Rialto bridge; awesome for first-time visitor such as myself who wants to go to all of the major attractions. It's also located right across from the ACTV, so it's very easy to find. The room was VERY small (we got the standard room), however it was pretty clean. Wifi worked great, and the service of staff was excellent! Breakfast was decent. For the price, this hotel is a steal!!!!!

This hotel is around the corner from San Marco in a lovely quiet little piazza opposite the local police station. Staff were very friendly and helpful organising tours for us. The room was spacious with beautiful Italian furnishings. They have a fantastic restaurant on the waterfront where they served a great variety of hot and cold foods for breakfast with the usual delicious Italian pastries.

Room Tip: Left hand side of hotel top floor with view over little piazza
