Okay, so you have to pay to get in, and its on the upper part of Cannaregio - but it is well worth the trek and the entrance fee. This imposing building is one of the remaining churches in the renaissance style and has, I think, 25 funeral monuments to the Dogi of Venice. It is the Westminster Abbey of Venice and has some staggeringly good sculptures. Next door is the hospital, which has a beautiful facade.
