This hotel is in a nice neighborhood. It's very close from the vaporetti (water bus), so getting around is pretty easy. The hotel is easy to find since we have gps on our phones (this make the whole "getting loss" in Venice impossible). This hotel is ok, the plumbing isn't great, so it gross me out a little bit when water takes awhile to drain in the shower. Breakfast isn't great, it's like the most basic breakfast you could find, but hey it's free so I'm not complaining.

We were in Venice for 2 nights and Tivoli Hotel was very centrally located but in a more residential neighborhood. The hotel is standard, clean rooms, decent beds and shower bathrooms. The hotel breakfast was fine (breads, cheese, yogurt, cereals and some ham). Nothing fancy, but great value for the money in a wonderful spot. The piazzas around the hotel are bustling, while also being a great place to get away from the madness of St Marks and the Rialto. Perfect for travelers looking to stay at a clean and simple hotel in a lovely location. 15 minute walk to Rialto, 20 minute walk to St Marks. Very easy to get to from the train station (10 minute walk).

Was in Venice during the carnival week, which is why the price was higher than during normal times, however the breakfast options were not too great. The room ( tripple bedroom) was clean spacious and the bathroom was good too.Close to the central station, but quite a distance from the St.Mark's square. All in all a good stay.

My partner and I were travelling around Europe so were on a bit of a low budget, this was the cheapest hotel we could find where we would have our own private room. Room was clean and good size.

We only stayed for one night, which obviously isn't enough time to truly judge somewhere, but we had no problems at all.

The hotel is only a 5 - 10 minute (aslong as you don't get lost) walk from the station, and Venice is small enough for everything you want to see to be within reach wherever you are!
Our main praise was that the hotel DOES have air-con! Which was a life saver, no longer were we coming back to a boiling hot room, instead we had a lovely cool room to welcome us back to (which was lovely!!)

Hotel also let us leave our suitcases there after we checked out

the hotel was the cheapest searching in booking sites, that's whay i have selected it, it was also very clean and cozy, the staff were magnificant, always ready to give a hand, actually they have helped me very much in organizing the rest of my trip. the location was ok, but it's always fun to get lost in Venice!
the weak point was just the lack of lift, and there was no one to help me with my heavy luggage!

Room Tip: if your luggages are heavy try absolutely to find a room on the first floor.

Can confirm all good reviews. Convenient distance to walk or catch Vaporetto from San Toma. If walking follow yellow signs to San Marco. Quiet area but great coffee in cafe to right of Tivoli entrance. (eat inside- cheaper). Great take away Pizza and bottled beer (to eat in Tivoli garden) to left in Ca' Foscari.
Room small but clean with ensuite with shower, toilet and bidet. Lots of choice for breakfast (hardboiled egg, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, bread, biscuits etc) with good coffee.
Staff helpful and can suggest where to eat. Can leave luggage on day of departure. Don't expect toast or coffee making facilities in your room- you are in Europe! On second floor need to carry luggage up stairs.
Best value for money you will find. Would go there again.

Room Tip: Even rooms on Calle were not noisy. There is a room downstairs leading to garden but did not see it.

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here for one night before leaving on a cruise. The staff was friendly, room was small, but clean. We had a room with a double bed and 2 twin beds, and a small private bathroom. We were on the second floor, no elevators. Breakfast was good, coffee was great! We enjoyed our stay and would rebook in the future.
