This hotel is in a great location. Very close to the Rialto bridge and only a 7 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. The rooms were clean and well maintained! The restaurant at this hotel is very good as well with an amazing view right by a canal. Would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant little hotel. Lovely rooms. Our room was really clean and was kept that way for our three night stay. Very good value. Can't beat the location. Very close to the Grande canal, rialto bridge and st marks square. We had a superb stay. Would definitely recommend.

Managers speak good English, helpful and cooperative. No elevators (the building is really old), but hotel staff helped us with bags. Room is simple, but have al necessities. We booked room with canal view and we really liked the view. Check on hotels' check-in and check-out time, because they lock the front door in between, but if you are already stay at the place, they will open the door for you. Hotel is 20 minutes walk from station and 10-15 minutes walk to San Marco Square. On the first floor of the building (but outside) there are a café and restaurant, so there is no problem with breakfast.

Room Tip: Choose room with canal view (room #25)

Room we picked was pretty small and just good enough for a sleep .the deco was pretty venitian!. Loved it. But again not enough space in the room. Also to go to the room you have to go through not so nice alley. But the location was good to get to tourist landmarks quickly.

We like this hotel very much because the receptionist and the place of the hotel was very good.. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. It is so near to the touristic places and cafes. Also near to shopping centers. The room was small but clean. It would be better if it has a street view.
