Not easy to find. Rooms were very good and clean could have cleaned the dead bugs off the wall. Staff not very friendly when we arrived the man on reception didnt even look at us when i spoke to him. breakfast ok. overall this hotel is in a great location close to st marks square and rialto bridge. Good little hotel would recommend it.

Once we had managed to locate the hotel, with help from a local. We were welcomed cordially. No help was required for the cases, so cannot comment on assistance, or the lack of it.. The rooms are very good, considering that the hotel entrance is somewhat uninspiring. The staff were courteous and multi lingual.
The hotel is situated pretty much half way between St Marks Square and Rialto Bridge and once you have found it, it is pretty easy to find your way back. It has an excellent pavement cafe to the rear, that serves a good selection of food and drink.
One thing worth noting... Though the cities economy is reliant on the tourist trade, a lot of Venetians do quietly resent the flood of tourists. (Though they are happy to take your money). It is worth bearing in mind, that if directions are required, good manners will get a far better response. A smile and a please and thank you, especially in Italian, will work wonders.

This hotel is in an excellent spot between San Marco and the Rialto. Rooms are very very small, no lift had to carry our suitcase up to the third floor asked for some help from the girl and man at reception they both said no ....and watched us struggle. Breakfast was very poor no selection at all. Loved the location but nothing else.

Just back from 4 night stay in this hotel. Very good location, difficult to find especially if the water taxi driver says "straight through the square and carry on"! Had a superior room on second floor, ensuite, air con, comfortable, very good for 2star, limited facilities but all staff friendly, would be happy to stay here again.

Room Tip: Go for the superior room- it's worth it!
