Easy walk to the square and everywhere else, so a great location. A lovely room with a great outlook. Someone carried my bags up, but noone helped to carry them down the 3 flights of steep stairs, difficult for a female on her own to manouver a massive suitcase and a carry-on !

Rooms are small but charming, cozy and CLEAN- decorated Venitian style with lots of details. Free breakfast and mingling with the owner and other travelers - very quaint! We paid a bit extra to have a window that opened to the canal – although you had to stick your head out and look down to see it. Still - that's about as good as it gets for the price. :)

Hotel is snug within city center. Cute wine bar right next door down in the basement, right on a canal. Venice is a walking & boat city only so it’s a bit of a challenge to find down some alleyways, so knowing where you're going first is a plus.

Nice hotel, with great location. OK breakfast and staff.
Our room faced the small canal in front of the hotel and it was very nice to open our window in the morning and see the gondolas passing by .
Venice is a very beautiful and romantic city; don't miss a change to visit it!

Room Tip: Rooms with canal view

Good location and friendly Italian staff. Rooms quite clean but cold. Overall impression was simply lovely! Would recommend for those who don't mind walking the steps since no elevator.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with gorgeous water views. Open your windows and hear the gondola drivers singing and wake up to church bells chiming in the distance! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Great fresh breakfast every morning served with freshly brewed coffee. Loved our stay here!!!
