This is a lovely hotel. We had room 11, was very big with a large double bed, table and 2 chairs, big wardrobe it was looking out over the square with two windows. Bathroom was was nice shower was powerful and hot. Hotel owners were lovely and Happyto help. Breakfast was nice but the coffee was the best. Location was perfect right by the Rialto bridge and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I would visit again when back in Venice. Price was brilliant.

This is a fantastic hotel! We stayed in room 12b which is apparently the best. The room was of a good size, had a nice bathroom, aircon and its very own balcony with a nice view. The hotel was also dead centre of town practically next to the rialto. Perfect for finding when you get lost. Oh and the cost is cheaper than anything your likely to find elsewhere in the area

for the cheap price you pay the hotel is a really good find. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is lovely with nice pastries and breads. The rooms are very basic, no tv or many power sockets so wouldn't recommend it for familes but it was really clean (I even hid under the bed to scare my partner ... you wouldn't believe I was 23 ...) and had a nice bathroom (even though the bath was very small ... I think that;s how it's supposed to be ...). The only downside was that the room we had was quite noisy and you could hear the staff and other hotel visitors walking around. The location of the hotel was so perfect though ... within walking distance of both san marco's and the canal. You can't fault it ... although we did have to use sat nav to find it in the first place (but that's just my terrible navigation skill's ... or my generations laziness ...). All in all we would go back there again ... it's perfect for a quick getaway and so so cheap (especially with the cost on things in Venice ..)

I read the review about small room, dirty bathroom, and lack of electricity outlet and was prepared for the worst. But it turned out totally opposite. We booked, and paid, for 3 but got a big room which was apparently prepared for 4. The room and bathroom was big and clean. There are electricity outlets at almost every corner of the room. I could say it's the most number of outlets we have seen in all hotels we have stayed. The staffs were nice. There's this old staff who was helping us carrying our luggage upstairs despite our protest.
The hotel is in a very good location, and very easy to locate, considering the nature of Venice's labyrinth of small alleys.

This was a basic hotel witha big enough room for three. The bathroom was very old and dingy. It was a value price for Venice and we could walk anywhere. The breakfast was bread and coffee and juice. Not bad.

This hotel is in a great location, close to St. Marks and Rialto bridge. The hotel staff was not very friendly at check in. There is a 2am "curfew" as the hotel closes at that time. At check out they were able to hold our bags until the late evening. The sheets were clean, However the bathroom was very dirty and the shower was moldy with soap scum. Just an average hotel... if you are passing by.

..needs updating. In the room I had the en suite shower was squeezed into a tiny closet along with toilet and wash basin, when using the shower everything got soaked and the floor turned into a mini lake! Unfortunately the water did not reside for at least five minutes, and with the only plug in the room was next to the basin, seemed pretty dangerous to me..

The room it self though was spacious, with two single beds pushed together to make one double. Even though the location is great, I don't think the rooms reflect the price, and more modern hotels are available for a similar price in the same area. Oh, and no free WiFi - this should come as standard in all hotels.

If slightly cheaper and the shower problem got sorted out, then maybe..

Room Tip: Get one with a decent and safe shower..
