This hotel is in a fantastic location, just off the central shopping street, great locations for dinner, and the restaurant downstairs was nice. The room was decent, though there was four of us jammed into one room. However, it wasn't horribly uncomfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was excellent for us. We wanted somewhere reasonably priced, central to Venice and clean. We got that and some breakfast as well!

So clean, the maid must have been trained in a hospital! Much cleaner than my own home and I like clean!

Breakfast was simple European. Filled me up! Bed was small but comfortable. Bathroom small but useful and clean. TV - small but useful and worked (do you see a pattern). Room. Simple, small, clean and cosy.

My daughters and I stayed here in December. The hotel suited our purposes very well. It was clean and tidy and the staff were more than helpful. The location is great as you are only 5-7 minutes from San Marco and 2 minutes from Rialto so you have the best of both. The restaurant was great. The room was a good size for European standards and had very clean bathrooms. Baggage is always a problem to move around in Europe, travellers need to remember these buildings were built before the invention of lifts. Would stay again as I think the when in Venice you need to be out of your hotel room and experience the city.

Great location and good breakfast...really bad room to stay in if you have luggage like 3 girls do. They stuck us in the top floor room of the second tower and of course with no lift! The guy at the desk didn't really want to help too much either. Nothing special about the room at all. Location was pretty great though, very close to Rialto.

We stay there for 3 night in august 2011. the staff was friendly.
The hotel is in the midlle of everything, 5 minutes walk to the rialto and 10-15 minutes walk to the St-Mark's place.

the breakfast is ok,
bread, meat, egg, croissant, cheese.

The dinner was good :) and not expensive ! you have 20% off if you are a customer of the hotel!

The room was ok. a little old fashion. but very clean.
TV doesn't work.

i do recommand this if you are a kind of traveler who do not stay long time in your room.

Room Tip: if you have dinner at the resto of the hotel : do have the pasta of seafood :)
