Very close to the water taxi station , lots of restraunts near by . Pizza e Kabab is a fast food place in the square close to the hotel where you can get reasonably priced meal . There is a McDonalds close by as well.
Be at the breakfast early , before 8:30 . There is a common computer in the breakfast area.
Its a typical backpakers hotel but very clean and comfortable. Very good location.

We´d stayed at this hotel at the end of september 2012. The main reason to choose this hotel was the price (EU 100,00 per day), since Veneza hotels are very expensive. You´ll have to walk a lot to reach San Marco Square, but it´s a beautiful way that you can do many times by different streets. Our room was in the incorporated building, one block away from the main building. But you won´t need that much the services from the staff at reception. By the way, the staff are not kind as we are used to, but polite enough (except for one woman that works at the kitchen - don´t care to that). The room and bath was a surprise, even the view was not that thing (almost in front to a wall), very clean, warm and spacious. Very good for our purpose.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Yes, it is a hair difficult to find, but most places in Venice are a tad difficult to find off the main walkways.

This hotel is excellent for what it is: a clean and relatively inexpensive hotel. If you are looking for some super posh hotel then this really isn't the hotel for you.

This is a rather sparten hotel (though what decorations they do have are nice), that is clean, friendly, and comfortable for a solo traveler.

The location near the Rialto Bridge is fantastic. The windows that open up into the alley are very cool.

I would recommend this to any solo traveler or couple knowing they will be "out" more than "in" and will crash as soon as they get back to the room.

My husband and I arrived late at night by train, after learning it we would be over 60 euro to take a water taxi we decided to walk. It is quite far from the train station and confusing to find because it is hard to see street signs. When we did arrive we were taken to our room in the annex building a block away from main hotel. The room was beautiful and large. We loved our room. It was good location to walk around venice and get a feel for the city. Not too far to st. marcos square and the grand canal. Very enjoyable stay, definitely recommend staying here.
