The bathroom is very modern clean and is prepared with everything necessary... Our room was very small , dark, there wasn't enough sunlight entering from the window.. The breakfast was really bad! A small amount , no variety of any cheese and other products. I actually liked the idea of this ancient renovated building, it was built in the typical venetian style .. They even had internet connection. The advantage of this hotel is its location, you can easily reach popular sites.

This is a small hotel with a great location. We stayed here while in Venice. Check in was easy, the staff was very helpful. If you are looking for a hotel to stay and relax in don't go here. If you are looking for a clean hotel, decent breakfast, affordable and very close to St. Mark's square stay here! You don't go to Venice to sit in your room. The rooms are small and the bathroom is even smaller but it's a fine hotel to come back at the end of the day and go to sleep.

Because of price and location, we stayed here on arrival day before moving to a better hotel for the rest of our stay. The lobby was very small, and was crammed with luggage. There was a small group (maybe 4-5 people) checking in ahead of us, and we actually had to wait on the street for our turn.

The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Our room was around the corner in a different building. The room was clean but extremely small, as was the bathroom. Our friends had a much larger room down the hall.

The location was great, just a short walk from Piazza San Marco. There is no restaurant, but plenty of options nearby. We knew we would be moving the next morning, so the hotel served its purpose and we got what we paid for. No complaints here.

Hotel's location is excellent. Staff was very helpful and nice. We booked a double room for 3 nights. Room was very small. Bathroom was tiny. Our room was on the second floor. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. One thing that could be better is the breakfast. It is just coffee, milk, orange juice and cereal boxes.

Considering the above average hotel prices in Venice (for Italy) I thought the value for price was about right for this hotel. I believe we paid €130 for two people. The room was very nice and the bathroom seemed recently upgraded and was great. Breakfast was fine, the location was great. 5 minutes walk from San Marco and 15-20 minutes walk to the Rialto bridge. The air conditioning was the best (read: coldest) we'd had in Italy so the room was very comfortable. We felt the man at reception was rather pompous and wasn't helpful over the phone when we called him lost trying to find the hotel (he hung up on us because he was busy with customers!) but he was a bit friendlier in person. I would probably stay here again although try to find a better deal somewhere.

Room Tip: There is an "annex" to the hotel around the corner so beware you may be put there rather t...

This hotel is perfectly situated (5 - 10 min from the St Marco square by foot).

We really enjoyed stay there. The staff was friendly and speaking multiple languages (including French). The room was clean, big, not noisy and confortable.

The breakfast was including in our rate and was fine (could be a bit improved).
