What can be added to all the other reviews which speak of delight, discovery, enjoyment, delicious experiences. We had all of these. Beginning at the Rialto markets was important, giving shape and colour, and a guide to choice. it was a surprise and very helpful to be able to guide our purchases, by being asked what we wanted to cook. We were clearly with someone who knew the produce and the best places to buy it and our journey back to Enrica's was greatly assisted by the delicious spritz and cichetti we had to help us on our way! I was struck with Enrica's immediate ease with her day's guests, her easy friendship which assisted others to relax. As we started the cooking, her invitations to participate, no nonsense instruction about the amount of salt to add, her guidance over new techniques, all done with humour and explanation, made learning comfortable. Wine flowed generously to keep us going and the day went far too quickly. However, receiving Enrica's cooking tips a day later brought it all back, as I could hear her voice and relive a wonderful experience. Many thanks Enrica

After spending a fabulous day cooking with Enrica in London about four years ago we always said we wanted to do it again. She moved back to Venice which then gave us the perfect excuse.
Eight of us travelled over for a friends 50th birthday. We sayed in Enrica's amazing accomodation in Mira.
Met Enrica who took us around the fish and food markets which were delightful. She continuously talks and educates about the ood only buying the best quality food on the way around.
After a stop off at a bar for a typical Venetian drink and Italian tapas we moved on to her amazing home to cook and eat. Octopus, cuttlefish, vongole amazing fresh beautiful ingredients. Quality wines to wash it all down!! Enrica is so kind and accommodating her knowledge of food it inspirational. WE WOULD ALL HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER COOKING EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMODATION.

I have been to Venice many times but have never taken a cooking class there. This has to be the very best that Venice has to offer and one of the most delightful days I have ever spent in my life!!! If you love food, and food adventures, this is the one for you. Every aspect of food culture and Venetian lifestyle is touched upon in this one-day extravaganza. From shopping in the Rialto Market, sipping spritz and nibbling bacari before venturing back to Enrica's lovely Dorsoduro apartment to cook, eat, drink and celebrate food --- this is an experience not to be missed!!!

On our long awaited first trip to Venice, Enrica's cooking class was easily the highlight. Offering with great generosity her insights and advice on how to prepare the freshest local ingredients, Enrica inspired and enthused us with her authentic Venetian take on every course - and there were many of them! We have brought her food philosophy home with us to New Zealand and eagerly await our first cherry tomatoes from the garden so that John can prepare his new signature dish. Those may have been pioppini we found under the magnolia when we were weeding yesterday but we don't think we'll risk it and will sauce our gnocchi with safer store bought mushrooms. What a night we had at Enrica's wonderful apartment sippingprosecco and other excellent local wines, feasting on simple and delicious food; it will always be remembered with great affection. Thank you Enrica from the bottom of my heart. If you ever come to New Zealand it would be an honour to have you visit us.

This was the best long weekend my son (a young aspiring professional) an I spent together – ever! And Enrica made it happen! We spent 3 days (3 half days plus 1 morning shopping at and near the Venice Fish Market) with Enrica, in her kitchen, at the market, exploring neighborhood stores while tasting wines and other delights and, cooking, cookng, cooking! It was splendid!
It was so much fun learning about Italian food, watching her and cooking under her guidance. I always enjoyed cooking but I did not realize until Venice how much fun it really was.
Thank you for this memorable experience. I hope we can do it again!!!!
