We stayed three nights prior to a cruise and found it perfectly located with small but delightfully furnished rooms. The garden was a bonus in Venice and lovely for a drink or breakfast. The buffet breakfast had everything from cooked to fruit, cheeses, meats pastries and cereals. I loved the decor in the breakfast room, looking to the garden or canal. The staff were very helpful. It was easy to get transport to cruise port, airport and the tourist area of San Marco. We walked there as well.

Room Tip: The canal views are great and the garden ones are perhaps quieter and picturesque. The canal side al...

My family and I stayed two days in this hotel. I think this hotel is very nice. It's very close to the train station and bus terminal. The room is very clean and roomy for a family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Breakfast is excellent, the breakfast room is big, bright and the food was very good, great selection. I would stay there again for sure.

A good hotel nice and close to the cruise terminal. Venice has lots o bridges with steps (no ramps) so if you have suitcases and are staying before or after a cruise it's important to be close to the ship. Service was good. Breakfast wasn't very good compared to our prior stay at Hotel Berna in Milan. Rooms small with low ceilings but it felt like we were staying in a part of history. Outdoor courtyard really nice. Would definitely stay again.

The bus station is super close! You want this! As there are NO cars in downtown Venice you can imagine how crazy it was for all the tourists who were dragging their huge suitcases on and off the boat buses and then through the crowds of people across cobblestone roads that were endlessly beautiful but ever so confusing in search or their hotel. It was a dream to stay by the bus station, and then get a day bus up the grand canal into town. Seriously dreamy... but the Olimpia staff and rooms were incredible! They were ever so smiley, incredibly helpful and totally iced the cake for our trip! We got in late and came to find out that we had booked this very hotel on the wrong day. Robert (at the front desk) was first class! He is the definition of glorious customer service and beyond delightful! He helped us get our room and he, and the rest of the staff continued to prove that they would bend over backward to assess every need and offer most helpful information. I will be going back to Venice and undoubtedly will book my family into the Hotel Olimpia. I hope Robert is still there. Oh yes... the breakfast was glorious. The bed was inviting. The shower was delightful. The Air conditioned room was refreshing. The view was breathtaking. The location was convenient in every way. The price was spot on! I'm drooling just thinking about it!

We stayed at the Best Western 4 nights. The Hotel is only 2 short bridges to cross from the Bus station and 10 min away from the Train station. .....Shops, Supermarkets and Restaurants are just around the corner. ....Staff was very friendly and helpful..... The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was amazing. Our twin room overlooked the colourful court yard. The flowers were so beautiful, we shot many photos of them !!! ....breakfast was a buffet style and more than enough. Something for everybody. .....We were lucky enough to get a table every morning outside to have breakfast..... We would stay there anytime again. It`s not cheap but it`s worth it. It`s a great place and front entry is just a step away from the Canal, where its nice to sit with a cool Drink and have free Wifi. The only negative thing for me were the firm mattresses but thats of course a personal choice.

Room Tip: ask for a room facing the court yard in the main building.

Couldn't have asked for more, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is good with both bus and train stations nearby, very convenient to the port for those who are planning to board a Cruise ship. The hotel room is bright, colourful and clean with free 24 hour Wifi which was a big plus for us. A 10 - 15 minute walk to Rialto, however be sure to pickup your complementary tour map from the desk as you can easily take the wrong turn within the street alleyways.
