“Great location.”

We loved this location. You are set in the "neighborhood" instead of the tourist areas. Our room was very nice and worked well for our needs. Our two children were in a different apartment in the same building. They loved their accommodations too.
There were restaurants very close to our rooms and the rooms were close to the police station.

We stayed here 3 nights. Our apartment (104) exceeded our expectations (later Guido told us we were upgraded). The apartment was very spacious, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a living room with a balcony overlooking the canal and a well equipped kitchenette (normal fridge, stove, nespresso with supply of pods, electric kettle, dishwasher). It's perfect for a family with 2 children or 2 couples. Plenty of windows with shutters when you need to cool it down, that was helpful as AC was not the best. Wifi for each of us was included in the price, but you had to log back in every time you came back to the room or after the night. The walk to St Marco's square was 10 minutes max. Same to Rialto bridge. There is a grocery store just around the corner that opens at 8:30am. Code entry allows you not to worry about the keys. Very clean and modern. Decorated in gold and white, maybe not what you would do at home, but somehow appropriate in Venice. The bathroom amenities were made in Italy but no conditioner was provided, only the multipurpose shower gel/shampoo. It gets room service every 3 days. If you need supplies earlier (coffee, tea, soap, Nutella, jams, dry toast), they will be provided. Only here I realized that the saying that canals are Venitian roads is very true. Our windows opened onto a busy water road. Most of the time it was very pleasant, there is a square on the other side of the canal so no neighbors looking into your window or blocking the light, but sometimes in the morning, the garbage boat parked in front while workers collected and brought garbage to it. It wasn't a big deal, but if you had an idea of opening the balcony onto the quiet canal in the morning, that wouldn't be the best. Overall, we loved it and would gladly stay there again, especially if we could stay in the same unit. Much more space and comfort than a hotel.

I highly recommend it! Very nice place to stay in Venice. I was traveling with 2 friends and It was our first time in Venice. Spacious and very clean rooms. Staff was very nice. Walk distance to St. Mark's Square.

Pros: Everything was great at Al Bailo Di Venezia. Room was spacious and clean. Staff (Veronica and Guido) were very kind and helpful. Location was excellent, as it was an easy walk to the center of town, yet on a tranquil street with nice little restaurants.

Con: WiFi signal was very poor. It is such a nice place, if WiFi were working properly, it would have a AAA rating.

I just need to say that all of the review from this hotel are completely true! It is an amazing place to stay in Venice! We are a family of 4 and we booked for 2 nights. We were very impressed with the hotel. Very clean, lots of space, modern, elegant. We had the 104 suite, it came with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area and a full kitchen even with a nespresso machine!
It is very close to the Piazza San Marco and it is great located in a nice quiet area.

This is a great apartment hotel very easy to reach by vaporetto from the San Zaccariah station. We were three "older" people traveling and we were perfectly able to walk to the place, only one small bridge to cross. It is away from the main hustle in Venice, and close to a major supermarket and an awesome little pizza place. We surely enjoyed out kitchen and having breakfast and dinner - although we did go to Lido. Very comfortable, highly recommend the stay.

This all-suite B & B was pretty much ideal for my group of 5 women. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The young woman whom checked us in was extremely helpful. Check out was equally as smooth. The apartment was tidy. We were able to comfortably walk to and from all the sites.

I would not hesitate recommending this B & B to others.
