This hotel have one very positive point. Is close to Train Station. In venice you need to travel by walk or boat and having the Hotel close to the station is perfect. If you look for Luxury, this isnt the place. The rooms are clean and warm. The internet is just in the lobby and the worst part is, the lift. They dont have and some rooms are in fourth floor.
The people was friendly and helpfull.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok. Room was good too

Close to train station and Grand Canal boat docks.

Staff were not very welcoming, neither the receptionist nor the bellboy who carried our luggage to the room

Its right in Venice but easy to get to, just across the bridge from the bus station (I got the express bus from the airport for EUR 6 to Venetia.
Short walk to hotel, Generally it was clean, the bathroom walls and shower screen could do with a scrub, but otherwise it was clean, Tiny room where the bathroom door opened against the bed. TV in room and fridge. Wii only in the lobby but it was free, i'd prefer it in the room.
I didnt bother with the EUR 10.00 breakfast as nice place right next door for breakfast, Staff were OK. I would stay again as it was cheap!

Before arriving at the hotel, we were very close to changing hotels because of the reviews here and on other websites. I dont get what everyone else was complaining about, the hotel was perfect for my family of 3!

The room was very simple with no frills whatsoever. It was just good enough for sleeping at night and lounging around during the day. The heater was essential during winter, and thank goodness, the heater was working perfectly in this hotel, unlike our previous ones. The beds were comfortable, but if you prefer higher pillows, ask for extras.

The Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby area. True, and untrue. We were staying on the 2nd floor, and we could still use the Wi-Fi, although it was abit slower than usual. To me, it wasn't much of a problem, as I only used the Wi-Fi for Whatsapp and social media.

We were served a continental breakfast, with simple bread and juices. Although we prefered an American breakfast, it wasnt a problem. As there were many food choices nearby.

Now for the best part, the location. It is within 1minutes walk from the Santa Lucia train station. The Vaporato water taxis are only 100m away from the hotel, which is a big plus if you like travelling without walking too much. Ferrovia station is the one closest to the hotel, and has the most lines connecting Venice to the 3 islands.

This is a no frills decent hotel. It is very conveniently located from both train and bus station, a mere few minutes walk. It has many, bars, restaurants and shops very close by. There is free wifi in the lobby, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms look bare and could with a few pictures on the wall. I stayed on the first floor beside a busy street, the soundproofing was excellent and I slept very well. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. Would I stay here again, most definitely - great location but maybe hang a few pictures on the bedroom walls!
