We stayed here from June 17th for 4nights. From start to finish the entire staff were brilliant, friendly, very helpful and above all some of the nicest people we’ve ever met .
The bed linen was changed daily, the rooms were spotlessly clean, breakfast was the best ever.
We had a small problem with our bathroom basin, and when we reported it to reception, the repair guy was waiting outside our room when we got there, very impressive. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable

Hotel was old world venetian charm mixed with modern amenities like, elevator, free wi fi, modern bathroom, hair dryer, iron on request and free breakfast and afternoon tea and coffee included. So very close to San Marco, easy walking distance to Rialto bridge. Staff was always courteous and helpful with our many questions. Helped make this magical trip even better!

We made it on foot from the main bus/coach drop off point which took around 30 minutes. It was hard going with all the tourists milling around but well worth it as we got to walk over the Rialto bridge and see so much along the way. Upon arrival a very polite smiling man checked us in. We had a porter personally escort us to our room and even insisted on wheeling our luggage. Lovely room in a classical style complete with shutters. A nice touch was the air conditioner had been left running and it was very welcome from the 28c heat outside. After an afternoon of exploring we returned for the free afternoon tea which was scrumptious. The only little niggle was the hot water which took a good 5 minutes to heat up properly for a shower. Fantastic location only a few minutes from st Mark’s Square and sea front. Save your legs and get a water taxi to Venice airport from the sea front which we did on the way home!

Hotel is located in a great location, night watchman at the hotel very helpful. Day managers not so helpful. Massive let down by the customer service! Stayed in the apartment annex. Cozy stay. Worth taking a bunch of torches with you as electricity tends to go out. Stayed in the dark without AC for over 8 hours. No shower or AC late evening. Was advised by the managers the whole block was out of electricity. Was a rear occurrence. We did not buy into this as we saw neighbours late and shops were fully on! The whole block was well lit apart from our apartment! No back up generator in place.

Typical Italian style hotel, quite old fashioned, but really well located close to the main square. Bathroom with shower was small but functional. Decent breakfast, variety and quality. Obliging staff.
