Excellent hotel

Outstanding service, friendly staff, excellent food and great location. Arrived by water taxi, greeted by wonderful staff, explained everything well, guided us to all the sights. Great recommendations for dinner were provided. Highly recommend!

Great Baglioni Carnival Party - Very Nice

I went for a few Venice carnival balls. Baglioni Carnival Party was the first one. It was a rather fancy reception. I met many Americans attending the party. The ball was very nice and fancy. The only thing I did not like was the food, which was a bit plain, but the reception snacks were quite good. The entertainment was rather interesting. It was fun to see people around the world dressing up in fancy costumes. It was a well organized events. But too many people wanted to dance. We ended up stepping on each other's big dresses.

Excellent experience

A 5 star rating for hotel in term of excellent location, service and staying experience. The room is very luxurious and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and soft. The bathroom is very clean and luxurious as well. Overall, no complaint. A real 5 star hotel.

Wonderful

We spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel to celebrate my birthday. We sacrificed a really big room so that we could have a canal view room (208) which was a great idea as we had views out towards the Grand Canal. Every member of staff from the reception, concierge, restaurant and bar was superb and I had numerous birthday wishes throughout my stay. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who was at the desk next to the restaurant as I would really have liked to have given her a special mention. Would love to return.

Superb hotel in a great location

After arriving we were shown up to a stunning room on the second floor. The room itself was brilliantly decorated and was far larger than we expected. The bathroom, beautiful, with plenty of space for the two of us.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful, with all questions answered with a smile.
The hotel has a jetty on the doorstep for easy transport. We took a waterbus to and from the hotel. Superbly easy as the hotel is a 3/4 minute walk from the Doge's Palace so we weren't lugging around bags for very long (5 minutes at max)

I'd very gladly recommend the hotel and would be happy to return

Five stars!
