We stayed two nights at Hotel Arlecchino in January 2013 while doing a train trip through Italy. It was important for us to be near the train station as we were coming and going by train, with suitcases for a month in winter. We were delighted to find the hotel just over the bridge from the station.
We were also delighted that it was right on a canal so our bedroom window looked right out onto what makes Venice unique. The rooms were compact but well decorated with Italian flare and the ensuite was all you could want. Breakfasts had a great variety of options.
We were surprised we could get this location and quality for an economical price. We loved Venice and walked everywhere from this central location. Would stay there if we went back again. Very memorable.More
