“Can't Miss It!”
Reviewed April 23, 2014

Situated close to San Marco Basilica, you can not miss it. Sit in the square with a very expensive coffee and watch and listen to this clock. I believe you can go up the tower but we didn't do that this visit. It's for another time.

“Keeping time”
Reviewed April 16, 2014

This is something special. If you stay at a hotel nearby, the bell will be your company at night. Not too loud but clear. Nice feeling.

“Pretty clock”
Reviewed April 15, 2014

This is a very pretty clock you won't miss as it's right at San Marco Square. You can see the two statues at the top moving and the bell ringing on the hour. I believe you can go up the top but we didn't do that.

“Fascinating!”
Reviewed April 13, 2014

Like all of Venice, this tower is steeped in history and made a fascinating tour. Great guide, sharing all the history of the clock in an interesting and entertaining way. Definitely worth a visit.. but you need to book a tour at the correo museum

“Cafe Americano right underneath the clock is amazing!”
Reviewed April 9, 2014

Right beneath the clock tower, just to the right if you're facing it is a little café that has delicious sandwiches on the go and wine by the half or full bottle to go. We stopped in there before our Gandola ride to grab a bottle for the ride and we also popped in both nights we sat in St. Mark's square and enjoyed the band playing in the distance at the restaurant while soaking in the views.

Staff was very friendly and attentive and they understood English perfectly!
