“A Must see”
Reviewed July 14, 2013

Like the fact that you can climb to have a great view of the square from above the church. Steep climb to get up there.

“Go when the lights are on inside.”
Reviewed July 13, 2013

When the interior lights go on, the gold within the Basilica is illuminated. It is just stunning! It is difficult to just drop into the Basilica because of the crowds. I would suggest a tour so that you can skip the line and really get an understanding of the design elements within the Basilica.

Definitely worth a visit, don't wear skimpy clothing though as they wont let you in (its a church after all!) The artwork is just spectacular
