Got 3 of us seated at prime time without reservations out of generosity not necessity. Waiter Marco was friendly and helpful....but the food..that's what we're after. Prices were very reasonable and the food was incredible. Black spaghetti with seafood marinara and pasta and clams, caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella, awesome.

First, it was easy to make a reservation on TheFork through Trip Advisor, so that was a plus right out of the box. It was raining hard as we walked there, but the location is convenient to many parts of the city, and an attendant greeted us at the door to help with our sopping wet coats and jackets. Another plus. The interior is modern and trendy, which is neither here nor there. But it then scored a perfect trifecta: excellent food and wine, reasonably priced, and very attentive service. I would recommend the sautéed clams and mussels with toast. The seafood carbonara was exceptional, and the pasta was perfectly al dente. I wish our trip were longer so we could return. We most assuredly would.

My fiancée and I stopped here for dinner on our last night in Venice. We were greeted immediately by wonderful service, which continued throughout our meal. We shared an amazing pesto ravioli dish, then each had terrific main dishes. Best of all was our chocolate cake dessert, which was the best dessert we had on our trip.

I would highly recommend Impronta for those looking for a restaurant where you can’t go wrong

I reserved a table at Impronta for our first night in Venice based on other’s review’s - thank you guy’s, spot on! Great food & service plus the waiter made sure my wife had the best Gin & Tonic...

We spent the whole week searching for above-average restaurants in Venice but could only find touristic traps until we found Impronta. The food is probably the best in town, the price is more than reasonable and the staff made us feel very welcome. Will definitely come back!
